My husband and I went over for our Valentine weekend dinner. Ended up with a severe case of food poisoning from this place.
Let's start with environment and service, which was fine, but nothing extraordinary; decor was nice. Now, the wine list was pretty garbage if you didn't want to get a bottle. Really limited my experience with the wine. Then, the menu. It's pretty small and even with the Valentine day course on it, nothing really appealed to me except pizza and arancini. Husband ordered the pizza, which was fine and so was the arancini. I ordered spaghetti as nothing else sounded good at the time. Bad mistake. First, the spaghetti came out cold. Asked for it to be reheated and they told me they're reworking the order. When it came out, it looked like they just reheated it in a pan with more oil.. I ended up getting food poisoning as a result once I was back home as the spaghetti was clearly stale. Totally ruined my weekend. Then the desserts, the Panna Cotta was fine but the tiramisu was powdery and bland as hell.
Second thing, our total ended up being $111 with tax, but then they gave us a different ticket number with the total $87.68. I'm not sure what happened here. We tipped our waiter $15 and so the total ended up being $102.68. Now, this is not what I was charged. They charged my card $102.84 and then charged me $15.16 separately, for what, I have no idea. It's listed under the hotel's affiliation. Basically, they messed up and then charged us $118 because whatever..
Also terrible valet service from the hotel. They clearly don't know how to run the place. We were waiting for our car out in the cold for good 20 minutes.
A total 2/10 for me. Never coming back. If you do decide to go, order only pizza. Because you never know what stale thing...

My newly wedded husband and I chose this charming restaurant to celebrate our elopement, and it was the best decision we made. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped by an inviting and elegant ambiance that set the perfect tone for our special day.
A huge shoutout to Christina and Donte, who went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Their exceptional service and genuine warmth made us feel like VIPs. Christina's attention to detail and Donte's impeccable hospitality were unparalleled - they truly made our celebration magical.
We started our meal with a delightful bottle of champagne, perfectly chosen to toast our new journey together. For appetizers, we savored the yogurt and granola, which was a refreshing and delightful start. Then came the entrees, and oh my, were they exceptional! The steak and eggs were cooked to perfection - a beautifully charred, medium-cooked steak that melted in your mouth, accompanied by savory eggs and potatoes. The lemon ricotta French toast was an absolute dream - fluffy, flavorful, and a perfect blend of sweet and tangy.
Every bite was a testament to the culinary excellence Rosalie Italian Soul is known for. The staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience with their professionalism and warmth.
Rosalie Italian Soul isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. We left with full hearts and satisfied palates, already planning our next visit. I called to inquire about the parking available near the restaurant and he was really sweet and knowledgeable. We were running a little late for our reservation so I called back to inform them and Dylan answer again and he remembered me and was just really sweet and personable. When we arrived we were greeted by Dylan and he was still very friendly and even gave us a few suggestions.
Food We tried the Meat Lovers pizza which is made with fresh dough & mozzarella. There was also red peppers on the pizza that were amazing. The pizza was delicious we pretty much ate the whole thing. We also tried the Dough Boys and they reminded us of beignets from home (New Orleans). They were delicious. Light and fluffy like back home we did ask for extra powdered sugar but honestly they were good as is. I ordered the Caesar salad and it was amazing. The little croutons were delicious. I also had the Rigatoni ragu pasta. The pasta is made fresh in house and honestly I loved that part.
Drinks- we tried several of the specialty cocktails including the Dali Mama, The Bey, and the Jessica Rabbit. All of their specialty cocktails were unique and flavorful. I also had a cognac French 75 b/c it's my favorite cocktail and it was pretty good as well.
Service and Ambiance Jessica was our sever and she was great as well. Friendly attentive and got everything right. The aesthetics give a warm and cozy 70s vibe with hints of pink all over.
Over all experience was great and we look forward to coming back for...
