Person at the first window charged us incorrectly for what the person behind us ordered. Difference was a few cents: $19.90 (their order) and $19.42. (Ours) Didn’t mind paying a few more cents and just swapping orders so the person behind us paid slightly less but without our consent they authorized a refund that would take up to a week to get to us and told us we had to pay for our food on top of theirs. $40 for a combo and the money we didn’t need to pay won’t get back to us until god knows when this next week. Would have been okay I guess, inconvenient but forgivable if they had been nice or informative. They didn’t apologize and just explained that the person at the window messed up and switched things around and didn’t provide any help about the status of our money getting back to us other than calling the specific franchise and asking for a manager. People inside behind the person explaining, made kinda rude remarks and looked at us like we did something wrong. This canes is usually really fast and friendly and I’m really...

The food is fantastic and the service is really good... but apparently they can’t cook food and do shift change at the same time. I’ve been sitting in a line of about 20 cars (blocking traffic on Bay Area and many people left while in line) ...for the last 25 mins. I got here at 3:50 and it’s now 4:15. A worker came outside and let us all know that the AM shift was cleaning up so the PM shift could come on. I saw a bunch of people sitting outside and I thought they were other customers so I got out of line to go inside and order cause I thought that might be faster... but they were actually all employees waiting for the AM people to leave so they can go inside. I’m assuming this was because of the pandemic and they don’t want too many employees inside for occupancy reasons... but then maybe they should stagger the times the employees go to work so they don’t have to shut down the entire restaurant for 30+ mins. It’s now 4:20 and the line is moving quickly but I still haven’t...

First of all, my family really loves Cane's. We've never had a bad experience until we went to this location. This Cane's is very poorly located and the parking lot is very small. So getting in and out of the parking lot is dangerous. When it's busy, cars line up along the road and you can't see when you're trying to leave. Then, we had to wait for over 15 minutes while the staff did a shift change. The employees had to wait at the door while the first shift completed their work. The employees were standing there and cussing loudly. When I mentioned it to a manager who was letting us know why we were having to sit there and wait, he was very dismissive. We would have left and gone somewhere else but we were trapped in the line and had no choice but to wait. When they did finally take our order, they lost our order and couldn't figure out who's order belonged to who. Hands down the worst service I've gotten from a Cane's location. I won't go back to this location ever...

It was okay. There is constantly a line at this raising Cane's and I wanted to see what all the hubbub was... The chicken is pretty good. It's juicy, but the breading falls off quite easily. I do not care at all for the canes sauce. Maybe this is why the place is popular. I don't know but it's not for me The coleslaw was good. Maybe a little bit too much mayo for my taste but I would get it again The crinkle cut fries they're okay, there's just regular fries I love that toast that comes with it I would say for four strips of chicken, a handful of crinkle fries, a small cup of coleslaw and the toast and the drink was about 12 bucks. Pretty good value for what you get Chicken chicken chicken 🍗 I doubt if I'll ever eat here again. I like the competition better.

This place stays open until midnight! I took my son to Chuck E Cheese and Target but I was hungry and noticed a ton of cars were still in the parking lot at Cane's. I drive over and they were still open at 11pm. We walked inside and it was super cool to see disco balls and music playing while we order and ate. My son really loved the disco ball and wanted to dance. The food was good but all they have is chicken so I hope you like chicken. Lol Years ago, I ate at a Cane's in Houston and the atmosphere was nothing like this one. We will go back for sure!
