I had my first experience with this joint today and I have to say, anyone who has the gall to rate this restaurant under 5 stars has 0 tastebuds. I was blown away that this pizza was actually made in Texas because I, in my several years living here, have never found an edible pizza that didn’t come from a chain like dominos or Pizza Hut. This changes today however because I’ve finally found the perfect pie. If you’re looking for a truly authentic NY/PA pizza eating experience this should be your #1 go to spot from here on out. The crust was out of this world and perfectly crunchy, the cheese had a nice bounce to it and the sauce had the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality for a decent price, which I have been since I ate it earlier tonight. 10/10 will absolutely be returning again.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I’ve been coming to Romanos Pizza since 2010. The slice is still huge, foldable, and crisp the way New York-style should be. Sauce isn’t overly sweet, crust has that light chew with a proper crunch at the edge. And it's a fast grab-and-go during hectic lunch hours. I enjoy the linguini with white clam, and it's the kind of garlicky, olive-oil-soaked pasta I enjoy: generous with the clams, both in the shell and tucked between the noodles. Bright heat from the chili flakes and plenty of fresh basil. Simple side salad, creamy dressing, and buttery garlic bread—exactly what you expect and crave from a spot like this. Always a steady crowd, always super-friendly counter service, and always worth the visit. Romano’s hasn’t tried to reinvent anything since my first visit. And that's why it works!

Homemade comfort food,. i wasn't expecting much when i walked in, just pizza. However when i was eating i was already looking at the to go menu for what i was gonna eat the next time i came. This food is made with love. I had eggplant parmesan with spaghetti (21$ with garlic bread , side salad and soft drink) they have pizza by the slice, and whole pizzas, but live a little...Huge portions , homemade sauce, you can taste the freshness of the cheese. All quality , puts spankys and Olive Garden to shame. perfect date night restaurant , they sell wine and beer and its cozy.. I went at 2pm, wasn't crowded. Excellent food, pricey but its made right, with love. "this is why people go out to eat!" REAL FOOD MADE BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE IT. .Left stuffed but with a smile on my face, i had been fed quality...

Ramona's Pizza gets 4 1/2 stars for their Pizza, And 2 1/2 Stars for desserts.

At Romano's Pizza; pizza is obviously the center of attention! With combinations of robust flavors derived from fresh ingredients, and a plethora of crust types, Romano's is it's own 'pizza heaven.' My slice; arrived in great condition with generously layered fresh toppings. It lacked cheese for my taste, so Mozzarella lovers should definitely speak up for extra cheese from the start. Oherwise; Romano's high quality ingredients, were spot on. I was delighted their tiramisu offered the traditional 1/2 inch layer of mascarpone topping, but disappointed to find the topping was followed by overly soaked lady fingers which had hardened into a sort of chewy crust beneath. I must say, Romano's Pizza's tiramisu did not command its 7.95$ price, and I would not want to repeat that particular dish experience. On the flip side, Romano's Pizza's cannoli filling was superb. It was comprable to that of another high quality Italian Cafe in Houston; though you shouldn't anticipate the traditional duo of cannolis served, for that price at Romano's. I definitely recommend Romano's Pizza to anyone seeking an above par Italian pizza experience. Just don't get your hopes up about their desserts, the portions, or it's...

This place is fantastic and I'm so happy it's in my neighborhood! Even though there are many other options in the area, this is where I always get my pizza, no questions asked. I walk in and immediately feel like I'm "home." I assume the guys behind the counter are the owners because they are ALWAYS there. They're hard workers and really friendly in my opinion. I used to live in PA so I'm accustomed to the East Coast personalities that some Southerners might find abrasive -- I find it quite refreshing. I've never been to NYC, but I imagine this is what you'd find in an authentic NY pizzeria. They don't offer unexpected gourmet-style topping combinations, but they know how to deliver a delicious pizza. The crust is thin and soft enough to fold and it won't crack or crumble. I find it to be chewier than others I've had -- I like that because it allows me to savor the flavors longer. I'm ashamed to say I haven't tried anything else on the menu. I'm a creature of habit and find it really difficult to tear myself away from something I know I like. A lot of the "regulars" I see here seem to have pasta dishes more often than pizza, so that's next in...

The slices here really remind me of a New York style pizzaria. I frequently can be found at both TJ Maxx and Marshalls, and have often wondered if this place was worth popping in to. One day, starved from shopping overload, I finally gave in and was definitely pleased! There's not much to the place really. Just a hot line of prepped pizzas, a kitchen area, an old fountain soda machine and a few wooden tables. From the wall, it looks like they have a pretty large selection, but all I was up for at the moment was a slice - it's really all ya need. I think options included cheese or meat, and I opted for straight up cheese. The guy behind the counter (the italian guy) scooped a slice off the pizza tray, popped it in the oven, gave me a styrofoam cup and rang me up on an old cash register. 5 minutes later, he brings my slice to me and 5 minutes after that, I was outa there. The pizza was piping hot and just the right amount of stringy delicious stick to your chin cheese. MMM MMM MMM. I can't imagine eating pizza anywhere else ever again. Thanks Romano's for making me love...
