If you have an allergy BEWARE, do not eat here. We had an employee knowingly and DELIBERATELY POISON me. I attempted to order a gluten free veggie pizza. However, the man refused to listen to me yelling over me three times, even though he had my order incorrect, and would not let me speak. He told me to just drive up to the window. There was no hearing problem. Just a listening problem, as I never got two words in. He wouldn’t allow me. He was so busy trying to rush us out, so he could leave on a Friday night, that he just wanted to give us whatever and go. We get up to the window, and I’m trying to correct his mistake, but he refuses to acknowledge us. Finally after a while he opens the window, and tries to charge us thirty something dollars for the order that he made up. We asked him what he ordered, and he said three veggie pizzas. We specified I have an allergy to gluten, and that it will make me sick (Celiac), and that I need a gluten free pizza. He said no worries. So after a short time he comes with a pizza, gives it to us, and we leave. I started to eat this pizza when I realized it tasted differently, and it’s not the Udi’s gluten free crust I usually get there. It is much different, more crispy, burnt, and tastes like flour. I stopped eating it, but that did not matter, because I became sick last night. It is concerning that you have an employee that would deliberately poison a customer, because they wanted to close the store and go home. It says a lot about their moral code and ethics, and their decision making as an adult. Aggressive personality, with a lack of moral code spells out sociopath to me. We looked for a receipt in the bag, which of course he did not give. We wanted to see his name and what we supposedly payed for. You will be hearing more from us. Read moreThe manager at this store is an old asian bigoted woman, she's very rude to her customers and treats them like they're a nuisance. If you have an outside water bottle, she'll ask you to leave, as I saw her do to one customer. If you're sitting at a table without food, she'll tell you, "...you can go". I place my order on the app for points, since they don't have a working scanner to read the app and she did this too me. I got that vibe that she thought i was riff raff to her. This brings me to an even larger problem, this location seems to just not care.
There's a gnat problem that's been there every time I've ever been there on and off over the weeks. They don't seem to care, when I told them about it, I was told corporate won't send Ecolab or some pest company. This may seem to be the case, theirs mildewy tile on the ceiling, the soda fountain is never clean and works poorly, often struggles to hold and put out ice. The gnat problem is all over the soda fountain and specifically the lemonade fountain, I wouldn't recommend anyone ever getting a drink there. The gnats are basically living inside the machine and nozzles.
The food is the only positive about this place but you really have to question how clean this place is with the gnat problem. Another bad sign is often I see they have a fan running in the kitchen, this is bad because it shows they have problems with their air conditioning and needing to have the back kitchen door open, a fan running makes me question if theyre able to keep food at proper temp.

Read moreThis location doesn't seem to care about cleanliness and/or appearance. What a shame because everything else was great. The order taker was friendly and fast. They give you a number and then bring your food to your table. I went to get my drink and I couldn't believe how messy it was at the station. Liquid spilled in several places, the tea container looked like they needed a good cleaning and the separate lemonade fountain was missing the bottom grate plus it looked like it wasn't even working. Gnats were circling the counter for a chance at some sweet treats. The guy next to me even commented and said my exact thoughts, so it wasn't just me. I tried to find a clean table, but I was not successful. I ended up having to clean one off myself. To be fair, it was 1:00 pm, so the lunch rush was just prior to my visit, but still. After I cleaned my table, I sat down and noticed my selection was a poor one due to the wobbliness. Every time I touched it, it moved. That's always annoying. While waiting for my food, I looked up and noticed the ceiling with several leak spots. The whole atmosphere was ruined. I normally don't think about the kitchen or behind the counter cleanliness, but with all theses issues and eye sores, I really started to wonder. My food arrived to the table promptly and very fresh. The Original was made perfectly and had a great temperature. Y'all need to clean this store!
