Yesterday I was able to try out their Salmon Birria Tacos, Salmon Filly Egg Roll, Banana Nana Cupd Cake and the Strawberry Shorty Cupd Cake. The birria tacos were phenomenal. Salmon was cooked to perfection; juicy and extremely flavorful. The egg roll was perfectly crisp on the outside with melting flavors inside. Even better with the sweet thai chili sauce on top. The cupd cakes were the best dessert to follow. Both flavors were extremely balanced, and the perfect amount of sweetness.

Oh my gosh! I wasn't expecting these SALMON BIRRIA Tacos to taste so good! Cheesy! Flavorful! The Salmon is Fyah! I HAD TO ORDER MORE!! They even had the cilantro & onions and NOT STINGY WITH THE SALMON!! We also had to try the Fried Salmon & WAFFLE FRIES!! BUSSIN' BABY!! All the Sauces are hitting! We ate that so fast we forgot to take pics! Lol DONT FORGET YOUR DESSERT- CAKE CUP/CUPPED CAKE...IDK...I ATE IT & IT WAS GOODT!

Saw this food truck as I was driving and was intrigued. I love salmon and I love Birria tacos. Seeing both together? Was irresistible! They had great service and quick wait to get the food. I ordered 2 for $14 salmon birria tacos which came with chips and salsa. I would definitely recommend 👏🏾👏🏾

I had the absolute pleasure of trying Slammin Salmon's Birria tacos and the OH SO fabulous Salmon egg roll. What a game changer!! While they were both down right delicious, the Salmon egg roll is by far my most desired dish.

This has to be one of the BEST combinations invented. So much that I had to have it both days they were in my area. Not only is the food amazing, the staff who served the food are friendly and personable. I will undoubtedly return. They made a customer for LIFE!!
