Came for the grand opening and one of the employees was extremely rude! We were waiting outside and he was blocking the door just talking to another employee. Not at all concerned with new customers coming in. Once we went in he never greeted us just said what do you need? I asked to for the brownie and they said it’s not part of the opening special. Ok that’s fine, I asked for the chocolate chip cookie, if I could have the ice cream on the side verses on between the cookies. He told me I couldn’t do that. I’m sorry what’s the difference? I’m not asking for anything extra just wanted the ice cream on side of my cookies. No extra toppings just the cookies and ice cream on the side. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, I live a few blocks from this store in the heights and I promise I will never come back, I ordered the churro version of the sandwich, I came to find out it wasn’t a sandwich, which it may be fine, next bad experience, the churro was cold and stale, fine nothing that can’t be fix, I reach out the lady in the front explaining her the situation, and she basically said, sorry but you already bite it, I can’t make anything, of course I bite it, that is how I knew it was nasty. I have never experienced an intransigent front desk, they provided very poor customer service, It was a shame that I went out late night to get a well deserved desert and came back home totally...

Staff is horribly rude. We went in the other day to grab some ice cream after dinner and were refused service due to the fact we had no masks because we are fully vaccinated and have been since March. Keep in mind, this policy does not follow the science through the CDC, NIAID, etc (or even Fauci’s leaked emails) Anyway, they required masks and we had none on hand. They didn’t have any to offer us. The staff were masked and shielded by masses of plexiglass. Through our encounter numbers of other groups were told the same and most left without ordering at all.
