Visited this place for the first time today after wanting to go for months. This will be my one and only visit.

The lack of customer service I received from Bethany was enough to make me never return. I walked into the establishment to meet Bethany checking out with another customer. She never greeted me, even when the customer walked out. She just looked at me until I was able to decide what cake I wanted. After I paid she handed me the bag and didn’t even say thank you. This is a huge red flag, especially after I just paid $15 for a single piece of cake!

A transaction with a robot kiosk would’ve been a more personal experience than the one Bethany gave. She definitely shouldn’t be allowed to work with people, she should be hidden away in the back.

The lack of respect for people of color at this establishment made a lasting impression on me. Had I not driven so far on a rainy day I would’ve canceled the purchase and took my business elsewhere. Minorities and people of color beware I will never return.

When asked to speak to a manager to communicate this experience I was told they are unavailable until next month, which prompted my review. All around...

If eating cookies were my job, I’d already have a corner office at Eat Cake. But honestly, they should change the name to Eat Cookies because their Fat Cake Cookies are stealing the show.

Fat Cake Cookies? More like Fat Chance I’m ever eating anything else. 10/10, I’d mortgage my house for a lifetime supply.

Better than Tiny’s, Half Baked, Pudgy’s—you name it, I’ve tried it. And here’s the wild part: I even ate the cookie a day later, and it still wasn’t freshly baked—and it was still the best cookie I’ve ever had.

These cookies are insane. The chocolate? It’s everywhere. Rich, melty, and unapologetically perfect. The texture? Absolute cookie perfection: crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and just gooey enough to make you wonder if they’ve cracked some kind of cookie code.

And here’s the kicker—they’re not too sweet. Somehow, they’ve nailed the balance, making them dangerously addictive. One bite, and you’ll wonder why you ever bothered with any...

Service- I always start with service because if service isn't polite/cordial - I don't need to be there. They are soooooooo SWEET... almost like they're made of cakes. The woman at the cash desk explained the cakes gave us recommendations told us about popular picks! I love that (b/c sometimes I'm indecisive) Food- plenty of options! Especially when it comes to cakes and cookies!!!! Also their cheese cakes look decadent!! Going back to try the biscoff cheesecake! I had the carrot cake, my sister and cousin had this THICCCK a** piece of fudgy German chocolate cake. My cousin had a late! Atmosphere- cute but I gave it 4 stars because u wish I could eat in the premise and enjoy the bakery atmosphere.

Yall started in a pandemic and yall are still here 2025!!! They 1000000% deserve it We're going back and I will update with...

This is a dainty bakery, with a variety of sweet treats. There is not much seating. The items are the pricier side. We got chocolate chip cookie, banana pudding and strawberry cheesecake. The total came to be $26 for reference. The chocolate chip cookie is too moist/soft/ to my liking, almost undone, like lava cake. I prefer chewy ones with a bit of crunch. They were too sweet as well. As for the banana pudding, it was pretty good. The strawberry cheesecake is creamy and not overly sweet, graham cracker crust is right amount of crumbly. And the strawberries are fresh.
