Today I placed an order online for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The app stated it will be ready in 5-8 minutes. After I waited an estimated 8 minutes I went inside the store to get my order. When I went in my drink was on the counter, however my sandwich wasn’t, which was no big deal. I saw the black lady who is the manager put a sandwich in the oven, so I assumed it was mine. After that, I’m guessing her friends walked in to visit and show her their newborn baby. So she’s talking to them, takes my sandwich out the oven, and instead of placing it on the counter for me to get it, she sits it by the oven and proceeds to taking to her friends again. I’m still there waiting without even being acknowledged by anyone, so I asked one of the employees if she can check on my sandwich. She ask my name, walks over to the oven and grabs the sandwich that the manager had made. I asked the employee “why did she make the sandwich and sit it back down by the oven.” She sarcastically responded with “I don’t know you can ask her though.” I feel as a MANAGER you should have more consideration when it comes to customers. A paying customer should be taken care of prior to entertaining friends. I also felt that the employee was rude with her response, but it’s to be expected when you have a nonchalant and careless manager! It’s inconsiderate to inconvenience a customer for careless behavior. The lack of competence and consideration from a manager is disappointing. Who is going to teach the employees customer service when the...
Read moreSo I’m not sure what just happened.. I normally order a refresh venti in a trenti cup, extra water (like mine watered down and because it’s just extra water it’s free.) Today I decided to order venti, regular. Water is free and I thought about asking for a cup incase it was to sweet but decided not since it was wasteful. I got to the window paid and it was in a trenti cup so I said “oh perfect, can you top it off with water?” The employee said “that’s a trenti cup not venti that’s why it’s not filled.” I said ”I know but I prefer it watered down.” She told another employee and they said “if I put more water in this l‘ll have to charge you for a venti.” I looked confused because I normally order it that way with no issue and trenti has more syrup and that’s what make the price go up not water. The employee then said “I can give you a cup of water but if I put it in this cup then I have to charge you for it. I know its silly but thats how they want it done.” How does it make more sense? It’s more waste then topping off my cup. Anyway I left confused. Still a great location just a weird...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Their wait times are ridiculous! There have been days where I have waited 30-40 minutes even when I order ahead on the app. I understand they will have busy days like Fridays, promotion days, cold days, but how is it that they're never prepared? They make no effort to be welcoming, friendly, or nice to their customers. I come here almost daily, and I swear they could not pick me out in a line up. My previous usual locations knew my name, face, voice, and/or order. My last experience here was the worst! It happened on the free reusable day where it was advertised as free cup per holiday drink. I decided to do a nice thing for my coworkers and order them drinks. After I waited 40 minutes, outside in the cold, and was late for work, I was told there's a 2 cup limit per customer despite their advertisements. I even called another location to confirm and guess what I was told. No limit! This location will no longer get a single cent from me. The 1314 Starbucks will now be my new...
