Tonight at 12:14am I went to Taco Bell for my wife & myself. Unfortunately when I got home they never gave me the bean & cheese burritos I ordered. So I went back with a receipt & a photo of the sticker. However, when I arrived to discuss the issue the woman at the window made it seem as if I was at fault stating “well you should have ordered more clearly.” How much more clear is 2 bean & cheese burritos no onions with red sauce please. Also we discovered while at the window that she upcharged me for bean & cheese/ rice burritos. My biggest issue here is how unprofessional she was in the moment. I am a frequent customer. She stated that it was my problem & then proceeded to try to make me pay for 2 burritos that I originally ordered which mind you cost less than what I was already charged. When I told her I will be contacting her manager to discuss her unprofessionalism she acted unfazed. I stopped at the Porter location last night and ordered the one thing I get from Taco Bell, Beef Quesorito. No sauces to go with nor a drink. Before I could get the remainder of, “Beef Quesaaa…..” I was interrupted by, “We no longer sell those at our location.” Then, a lady over talked him saying it was only available through the mobile app-I’m sorry. What? So, what if I had a flip phone that isn’t capable of downloading an app? Or the less-fortunate. Without a phone at all….before Over talking someone and interrupting them-To not make them drive away so embarrassed, offer a solution like, “if you come in I can walk you through how to set up your Taco Bell app.” I’ll never eat Taco Bell again thanks to those two employees. Read moreI ordered about $30 worth of food there ended up being a hair in one of my tacos and when I called them the manager at first tried to make excuses about how that can happen till I called her out on it because I've been in the restaurant industry for years off and on myself I no longer am but when I was the whole time I was I never got a complaint for that because I made sure my employees kept up on their sanitation and kept up on their own personal hygiene so for a hair to make it inside of a taco to where you take a bite and a hair comes out and pulls lettuce and everything out while you're eating it is unacceptable and they tell me oh we can offer you a free meal for it that's besides the point it shouldn't have happened in...
