The baristas here are not the nicest. This review has been long overdue. I am finally finding the courage to say something about the service I have been dealing with. We have been coming in here for two years and even after two years, never greeting always very hostile even though we see them almost every day and smile at them. So we stopped coming in here for a while started going to another location.Today sake of convenience for our direction we stopped in After a long time here and Katrina was helping a customer logging on to Wi-Fi at a table.., but we walk in right passed her no acknowledgment or greeting just waiting in line. The other barista was washing dishes and the other just stayed trying to get the guest logged to Wi-Fi, it was taking a long time. I guess it could not get logged on or idk what was going on with that computer..but she couldâve very easily said excuse me, sir let me help these guests and I will be right back to help you log on!?!?? After all Starbucksâs first order of business is coffee, not setting up guest with their Wi-Fiâs as âfirst priority,â but We waited and waited in line for a long time, and no one ever showed up to to take our order or to even acknowledge us being there. After a long time waiting in line, I even said, excuse me to the barista washing, Asked her if we could please get some help and she said with a mean look, she was doing something else Katrina still did not turn around to look at us or acknowledge us or anything at all. Just stayed at that table. It was very rude, then another guest got in line behind us with a smile on her face just waiting and she walked off upset, and so we decided to walk out as well, even though itâs a small space and they knew we were there and waiting. It is this way every time We waltz in with the most pleasant attitude and After, dealing with these ladies walk away with such a regret and lost of almost dignity that we every stopped by and put up with it. Nasty nasty...
Read moreI was really disappointed to receive a pre-packaged version of the Iced Lemon Loaf without being told in advance. Iâve had the fresh one from the bakery case many times and itâs always delicious. With thick frosting and great texture. But this packaged slice was not the same at all. The frosting was minimal (barely there), and it just didnât taste as fresh.
If thereâs a difference between whatâs in the case and whatâs sold pre-wrapped, customers should be told that upfront. Especially since they are priced the same. I wouldnât have bought it had I known. Disappointed, and I hope this location is more transparent about this...
Read moreI received some Starbucks Coffee as a gift from my fiancÊe and she was told that we could take it to any Starbucks location and they would grind it for us this is their policy which was confirmed when I spoke to Starbucks corporate customer service. The woman in the store was very rude and said it was against their policy. It's pretty sad since I used to go here 2-3 times a week since it's the closest Starbucks to my home. Will never go back to this location, after having to drive across town to get my coffee ground. What really makes me upset is their was not one other customer in the store so it's not as if they were busy,...
