Very disappointing experience. I wanted a ring and I was helped by a sales associated lady. I chose the ring I wanted, we paid for it but, I had to wait an uncertain amount of time to actually get it because they didn't have my ring size in the store and they "had to order it from overseas" and the jewelry did not know how long time it would take. So, I waited... about a month...and I did not get any response from Zadok. I called the sales associate lady, she said "your ring is here. I left you a voicemail" I never get that message she mentioned but, what makes me feel bad is the fact that she didn't try to contact me again. She didn't care. So finally I would get my ring and I get it, but it was the wrong size... So I called the sales associate lady and I told her about it, I was sad, now I would had to wait another month for a ring I had paid time ago. The sales associated was cold and careless. She just told me that I needed to return the ring and wait, again. I went to the jewelry to return the ring and I found out that the first time they order my ring, they order the wrong product. That's why it took so long. They NEVER apologize. Another thing, they never ask me to use one of those ring that help you to know what is your ring size, so they were basically guessing on my ring size and they order whatever they wanted. So the sales lady ordered my ring again, with the size she and her expert eye estimated or guessed and I am still waiting for a ring a do not want anymore. I don't want to go back to that place and beg for something I have paid already (and nothing there is inexpensive)... I feel extremely uncomfortable every time I think about Zadok. I had the desire of have a beautiful piece of jewelry. My husband and me worked hard to get the money to buy it but these careless and negligent people just made me rejected it. I won't buy anything...

This was one of the nicest stores I have ever been into, if not the absolute nicest. I went in about 50% sure I was going to buy a new timepiece, but within about ten minutes knew I was leaving with something.

I was told by a friend to ask for Jonathan Zadok. My wife and I spent a few minutes looking around and he came over as soon as he was free. He introduced me to his salesperson, Maria, who was ridiculously patient as I probably had her open about seven different cases for me to try on different brands, including one or two I let her know ahead of time I wouldn’t be buying but still wanted to try on. She was happy to show them and answer all of my questions. I narrowed it down to two pieces and went with the Panerai after she confirmed it comes with a rubber strap, which is something I’ve wanted.

After the checkout procedure Maria showed my wife some jewelry and Jonathan came over to talk with me a bit about watches further, and I tried on an additional few timepieces which I’ll consider in the future. Another salesperson, Frank, was showing FP Journe to a client and welcomed me to sit down and play with the watches as well. He treated me like someone who has spent a fortune in there even though I’ve only purchased one timepiece.

The entire store was just impressive. I was dressed quite casually but all the salespeople I interacted with treated me like I was a VIP even though I had never stepped foot in there before. Everything was clean and nice, and their associates were all excellent. On top of that, they have some brands which I can’t find at many places (Breguet, Piaget, Journe) all under one roof. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

While I can highly recommend Maria and Frank, I feel there’s no going wrong as long as you enter...
