Subway — Restaurant in Houston

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. GO ANYWHERE ELSE This place is nasty. The bathroom was disgusting, and the bathroom key on a giant ruler is left on the counter where food goes. That’s disgusting.

Kei is the rudest and least helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with. When I got there I could’ve sworn the place was abandoned since we stood alone in the lobby for almost 10 minutes. She got there and I had to repeat everything over 3 times, which I don’t mind repeating myself but at this point are you even listening? I think she was on drugs or something cause I ordered 1 meat and 1 cheese not that much.

I was overcharged way more than at any other subway I have been to. This place was a nightmare I shouldn’t be at a subway getting food for 30 minutes when there’s no other customers. Also my food sat getting cold while she went in the back to search for a sauce for...

Very disappointed especially with the staff this girl making the sandwich was very very rude she was doing my sandwich very sloppy and pieces of chicken falling out she would pick it up and throw it back in the sandwich that was very disgusting she was throwing things on my sandwich like the lettuce I asked for pickles she put a ton of pickles I asked her if she was mad she gave me a dirty look and walked away telling the other guy to finish making my sandwich I had to through the sandwich away the manager should really be more aware of the kind of people he hires people go to eat not to take attitudes from workers if his workers are going to be with attitude should not be at work...

I order a tuna sandwich on the app giving around half a hour for the employees to make, when I arrive it’s empty no customers no staff, I sit asking for help for like five minutes. When the girl gets there, she looks half asleep she looks at my receipt and then proceeds to make a sand which.. even though I ordered in advance.
