I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today. I placed an order through DoorDash, and due to the first Dasher taking too long to deliver, I was issued a refund and placed a new order. Upon the arrival of the new Dasher, the employee working there argued with him about remaking the order.
When I asked her politely why she wasn’t preparing the new order, she responded, “Because it’s not our fault you didn’t receive your order.” I explained that I had paid for a new order, which is why the Dasher was there to pick it up, but she still refused to make it. Her refusal to provide basic customer service was baffling, and she even sarcastically said, “Thank you,” when I told her I would write a review about her behavior.
It’s simple math—if a new order is paid for, it should be prepared. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to do her job was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management provide better training for employees on how to handle situations like this. Customers deserve to be listened to and treated respectfully, not argued with. The manager is always leaving only 1 person at the store, especially when there's a rush (around 1-4) causing there to be a big line and unhappy people surrounding each other. Employers are rude and don't do their job well. The employers also discriminate against people when they come in, they thought this couple was homeless and refused to let them use the restroom or buy any food.The bathrooms and floors are almost always dirty. there is flies that fly around the store and when one got on the bread, the lady just swatted at it and continued making the sandwich. Also, I saw a cockroach crawling on the floor under the table. Unacceptable. I would not recommend eating here. Read moreI completely forgot to get my card on 8/12 after making my purchase. The following day I reliaze that my card was not in my wallet, and went online to check my account. I had 3 charges for places that I don't go. It's sad that the employees would do such disloyal thing. Yes, for those of you wondering, Subway was my last purchas. I have more than 1 checking account, so I only use that one for certain purchases. I contacted my bank and informed them of the issue. They immediately cancelled that card, but now I of to wait 7-10 days to get the new one. I call the store, I spoke with a employee, who stated the manager is not in, and the only number I have for her is the store number.
