Thirsty's Baybrook Mall — Restaurant in Houston

This was my first time eating here.

The atmosphere is great, but a bit noisy, which is expected! It's a smoothie shop.

The Smoothie is AMAZI G! Love it!

Unfortunately this review IS 2 stars of 5 for a reason.

The Customer Service is RUDE. I politely declined an incorrect order of a Strawberry Smoothie and Chocolate Ice Cream because I ordered a Mocha-and-Oreo Smoother and Salted Caramel Ice Cream, and the MANAGER said that I was in the wrong, that I had ORDERED a Strawberry Smoothie and Chocolate Ice Cream.

My grandma, who was ordering, tried to be polite but ended up having to resort to being a Karen and assertive for what we ACTUALLY ordered to come out. I apologized profusely to both the manager and the workers, but the manager continued to complain UNTIL she gave us the correct items.

Please hire a better manager next time. ❤️

I agree with Jessica lopez. Those two girls. McKayla or Kayla or whatever her name was (her name tag ended with the symbols ♡☆). The blonde young teen with glasses. When it was my turn in line she just stared at me. I approached her and said Hi can I have a strawberry banana smoothie. She looked at the shorter girl making the smoothies. She made a comment to her I could not hear. She looked at me and asks "what size". I think she was annoyed because the customer before me had both strawberry banana smoothies and she had to make another batch.. When she put my smoothie out on the counter she did not even call my smoothie out. My friend repeatedly asked the girl who made the smoothies "is this ours? Is this ours?" And they literally ignored us. Very rude...

They have some rude employees here. This new guy (assuming by the way he was being treated) was taking my order , when an employee (long ponytail dude; Caucasian ) next to him asked him to pass him a cup but the guy was busy so he didn’t understood what the pony tail dude said. The pony tail dude took a deep breath and rolled his eyes, Which made the other guy more nervous. When the guy handed my receipt, his hands were shaking and his eyes said it all that he was embarrassed. I felt so bad for him. The pony tail dude didn’t even cared if we were standing there...
