Worcester's Annex — Restaurant in Houston

Overall, nice bar with lots of open space and cool atmosphere. This would definitely be a nice place to come with a big group of friends or coworkers.

Few things that made this place average for me though - both cocktails I had were so so. Neither were something I would order again. Also a bit pricey, especially considering I wasn’t entirely satisfied with it. When going to a high end cocktail place, I expect to be wowed by my drink each time to be honest.

Final downside was the service. My friend and I were one of few people sitting at the bar and yet we felt forgotten by the two bartenders there. It’s typically a nice gesture to be greeted as you’re sitting down, especially when there are so few people, but yet, we sat at the bar for a good five minutes prior to any greeting.

I wouldn’t travel out of my way for this place.

Place is pretty expensive but it's a really good environment to hang out with friends and family. I can honestly say the bartenders are very kind and wholesome people while also being very knowledgeable about drinks. The food is also expensive but it's also very delicious and I guess honestly say the BLT was actually really good and tasty. Probably not going to come back here on the regular basis but if I ever need something in this area I'm probably going to come back here because I had a pretty good experience. I was going to read it for a stars but my bartender was super nice...

I really liked the chill, relaxed and welcoming vibe here. The outdoor area was nicely decorated for the holidays with lights and a Christmas tree. There were a couple of fireplaces outside as well, which were perfect since it was a fairly chilly night during my visit. Inside were regular tables, sofas, and bar stools. Three bartenders were at the bar, so we got immediate attention when we sat there. I had the "Not a long Island" cocktail which was strong, tropical and refreshing.
