Main Squeeze Juice Co. — Restaurant in Houston

This was my first time to “Main Squeeze”. I stopped by after my morning walk in my neighborhood. I shop and eat at places in proximity, but was not a “juicer”. I was going to just run in and grab a water and plain orange juice… but as I am big on customer service, saw no one else was there, two young pretty intelligent girls at the counter- I thought I might find out more. Samantha was more than helpful! I told her exactly what types of ingredients I liked AND disliked. She asked what was the “purpose” of my juice?? (Wow!) They have delicious cold-pressed juices for everything from Detoxification to Vision! I chose Awaken with apple, lemon, ginger, and lemon. YUMMY!! Wish I could say I had a good experience here or say the food was good but unfortunately that was not the case. I was not greeted by welcoming staff at this establishment instead I was told that they could not serve me because they were closing. Unless there is a policy I am unaware of the doors state y’all are open until 8 so there shouldn’t be a reason for the two employees to tell me that they couldn’t prepare a sandwich for me when I arrived at 7:15, The way they told me was rude and classless I would have completely understood if they were more friendly but they were completely rude and rolled their eyes. I was their very first customer at this location. I came in just trying to charge my laptop and phone. I’m a project manager for Lion Construction and Roofing and we were helping some customers out, quite literally across the street. (Was not my day, no gas and no juice in phone or laptop). This was shortly after the tornado that hit us on May 16th. Anyway, they moved the entire fridge to help me out so I can plug my stuff in to charge. I ended buying the detox bottled juice and became their first customer. They were accommodating, friendly, and enthusiastic about having me there whether I bought something or not. Good people there....
