Stopped in at 6:00pm on a Wednesday. It wasn’t busy, there were two people ahead of me, but I waited for more than 20 minutes to be served. Service was extremely slow. When it was my turn, the employees left to do something else. No one acknowledged me for just standing there. At least let people know you see them and you’ll be with them in a moment. Once I ordered my salad and were making it, they proceeded to tell me they were out of roast chicken. They offered to substitute the protein, but I declined. The salads are delicious but the service needs serious work. I was in the establishment for 25 minutes to get a salad to go that wasn’t even what I wanted. This was my second time here and the first experience was better and I’ll likely give them another try but the speed and quality of service must improve to keep me...
Read moreI REALLY wanted to have faith in this place. But 4 out of 4 visits they've been out of some staple products that they don't seem to be able to replace quickly, or at all. For both those and a drink it was $30! I will definitely be back for dessert as I like the bowl options for something healthier when I’m craving ice cream or something like that. But the salads just aren’t worth the cost in my opinion; I’ve had way better out of a bag. Side note: I did find a hair in my salad. It was not mine. I get it, it happens, but if I’m spending $15 on a salad I prefer...
