Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Humble

I don’t usually leave reviews but people ought to know that this place is HORRIBLE. We’ve ordered to go and delivery from here before and each time the order was somehow messed up. Hubby and I finally got a date night for the first time since COVID happened and we thought to come here because of the convenience. Well that was a horrible mistake. We were seated and the waiter came quickly. Didn’t get his name but he was slim, tall and had blonde hair. We placed our order and drinks came quickly. But then after that it all went downhill. There wasn’t social distancing as shortly after placing our orders there was a party of at least 10 people sitting next to us. They were so loud. Our order came and mine was wrong. We tried getting our waiter’s attention but he was too busy with the large party, he actually never came back to us. Hubby went to him and told him about my order being completely wrong. By this time we were done with our drinks. My correct order came and we ate. But no one came to see if we needed more drinks(which we did) or if we were ok. Meanwhile the waiter and manager, Brandy, were so attentive to the large group- probably because they figured they would get a bigger tip. Brandy even stood at their table making sure everyone had their drinks and not one time did she come to us and ask if we were ok. We were sitting there finished with our food for at least 10 minutes before a young lady finally came and asked if we were ok. I then asked to speak to the manager(Brandy) who tried to make it right but it doesn’t take away from her horrible customer service. As a manager, she should’ve made sure each and every table was taken care of not just the one with the loud big group. And shame on the waiter for not returning to check on us. This place has such horrible customer service. I do not recommend...

This was the worst dining experience I have had in years. It started with no host or hostess. We waited 10 minutes without even being greated by anyone.... Then the server was second day on the job (not a big deal, but he had zero help, like nobody.) of which it looked like zero training, and shouldn't have been on his own. Much less being sat an 8 top table. When we ordered sweet tea we were told that they didn't know how to make that... (Never got it). Two of our ordered items we were told the kitchen simply wasn't going to make that.... Queso and the egg rolls. The waded then discuss how bad the egg rolls would have been. Mean while still no tea... Two water glasses had left over food stuff's. Meal was delivered with no utensils, wader stated that there was none. Wife and I ordered bottomless soup and salad. When I order my second bowl of soup he said, "Hey this is on the house.... Because of all terrible service up until that point. " Really thanks, buddy??? Chips were only brought out after the meal was served. It gets better... 3 pieces of dirty silverware and two cups were delivered to the table... Seriously, the last fork, I just put in his hand and didn't say anything.... the worst part... Not one time did I see a manager in nearly 1.5 hours.... Humble chili's the worst I have ever been too, and will never visit again... 59 north 7 miles to 99 if you want a better experience... Last thing I will add, when we got there at about 6pm on Sunday, there were maybe 6 active tables... At no time did I see more than 10 active tables.... It wasn't very busy... Shameful... If I were chili's and someone was representing my name like that, there would be someone having to answer for the quality of service...

Ive ate at this location for at least 15yrs. This location has gone down hill. We was there about 9:30pm on Saturday. Walked in to a few people waiting. The host walks up and tells me 10-15mins. We sit down confused bc they had tons of open dirty tables. We wait.. Host comes back plays on his phone & keeps looking back at the empty dirty tables. He then walks around picks up a couple plates, walks to the back, comes back to the host stand and continues on his phone. I tall man with a polo shirt (im assuming the manager) comes by and says something about the bussing the tables. He reluctantly went over & bussed a table for us. We got sat in a spot by a waiters station and it was extremely tight. Waitress comes and as we start ordering...she tells us those menus dont go in effect until Monday. So we had to redecide what we was eating & drinking. False advertising. Then my son complains that water fell from thw ceiling right next to his cup. There was an ac vent right above us. As we are waiting on our food..A large group of maybe 7-10 ppl come in & immediately get a table & they wait & wait with no service...they get up and walk out! The whole resturant was looking & talking about the group & how crapy their experiences had been too. When we finally recieved our food. I was soo disappointed. The corn on the cob usually has the best seasoning on it. Not everyone at our table was disappointed in the food. But i was. Then we go to pay our 140$ bill & no waitress...we waited & waited. I tried to pay on the computer & it wouldnt give me the option. I finally got help from the host with the bill. I will not return to...
