I am so sad and disappointed. I don’t normally eat out but I really didn’t feel like cooking after a long day of work. I have been craving chilis but didn’t have the energy to go eat at the restaurant so I ordered pickup. $50 for the fam. After waiting over the amount of time the app suggested, I had called for a status update. They said they were waiting on the triple dipper. Okay cool no problem I understand. 20 minutes later I am still waiting so I call back asking for an update, proceeded to be left on hold for over 10 minutes then comes back telling me they’re about to bring it out. Of course I ask if it’s at least fresh after waiting over an hour for my food and he said yes that it all just got done. Well, I was lied to lol. I got the dip trio and the queso had already gotten extremely thick and cold and the guacamole was brown. In the triple dipper the cheese in the mozzarella sticks already hardened and both the sticks and egg rolls were soggy. I got a chicken sandwich and the whole chicken patty and bun was wet, mushy, and so soggy. It was literally inedible I swear I almost threw up from the texture. The old timer with cheese was severely dry he had to drench it in ranch to make it edible. And the fries had already got soggy and had that leftover texture to them. I wish I could say something good because I’ve always loved chilis. But for $50 to go down the drain and I didn’t even get to eat my food? I’m just so disappointed and wish something could be...
Read moreA few weeks ago I had the most disappointing experience at Chili’s and will never return. From start to finish, everything was unprofessional and frustrating. First, our server had absolutely no respect. She was openly flirting with my husband right in front of me, asking him if he was “looking for a woman” while I was sitting right there! I was completely shocked by her behavior. Instead of focusing on taking our order, she actually sat in the booth with us, making personal conversation that had nothing to do with our meal. It was beyond unprofessional. To make things worse, the service was ridiculously slow. Our food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold and greasy. No napkins were given, and the server didn’t even bother to check on us or offer refills. We had to sit there with dirty, greasy hands because she didn’t bring any napkins. At the end of this awful experience, she had the nerve to ask if she was getting a $1,000 tip! Absolutely not. With the worst service, cold food, and complete lack of professionalism Overall, this was hands-down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Disrespectful service, cold food, and no attention to customer needs. I will never go back to this Chili’s, and I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreLast night me and my 3 children went to eat here. The service was mind blowing and NOT IN A GOOD WAY. We were seated at our table by a nice woman and were told our waiter Antonio would be with us soon. This waiter greets us initially in a friendly manner and then asks us what he wanted our drinks to be. He tried engaging in awkward conversation. He slid a child’s menu in front of me and told me”You should order from this menu because this is what you sound like.”(because I was not sure how to use the digital menu) STRIKE ONE! He then told me that my color scheme of my outfit was wrong and that the truth hurts sometimes STRIKE 2! He THEN went and got a stuffed toy kitten off another’s guests table and put it to my face and told me I was a cat lady. When the food was bring to us a meal was missing. My oldest daughter and I were becoming extremely annoyed as to why her meal was not being served to her. HE FORGOT TO PLACE THE ORDER. HE HAD ONE JOB… TO TAKE ORDERS AND FAILED MISERABLY AT THAT. He insulted me and couldn’t even get my order right. I WISH THIS WAS A MADE UP STORY BUT THIS LITERALLY HAPPENED. Antonio ruined our dining experience and my date night with my children and really should be...
