6/24 Bad service, steamer wasn't working, only gave me one strip of bacon and wouldn't restock a vegetables when asked and wrapped the sandwich the worst I've ever seen. I come here always everyday and never had this happened and quite honestly made me choose to never come back I hope you guys fix the employees there thank you. Came back again and they were closed over 12 minutes before closing time. Went back again 6/26 at 3:40 terrible service again ordered online put it on the wrong bread and didn't give extra pickles mayonnaise or creamy Sriracha which I ordered gets worse and worse everytime and it was the same lady as last time I'm surprised this place is still in business from how many bad reviews it gets
Update: 10/12- Once again terrible store all they get is 1 star reviews on Google I wonder why 🤔 ordered online food was ready had to wait 20 minutes for the lady to listen to me just to give me my damn sandwich off the counter then when I went back to complain they locked everyone out of the store at 8:30, last I checked yall close at 10.... fire those lady's that work there they will only ruin...

Asked for management and no management was on location. The young male Apologized and was very professional. He admitted to his mistake and completed my order. When he tried calling his manager, no answer, no reply, and never called back. So how can any place operate to its potential without structure or leadership.
