I love Pizza Hut but this particular facility will not get any money from me. First on 10/20/23 I pre ordered online because the store opened at 10am for my order to be ready at 10:10-10:15am. Nobody got to the store til 10am so there was no way possible my order would be cooked properly and correctly in 10-15mins. Now i know sometimes the opening and closing times online may be incorrect so i just cancelled my order and went somewhere else. So today comes 10/20/23 and I’m not feeling well so i order delivery through the app. The order comes and the drink is wrong so i call the store and spoke to someone i guess the manager never announced who she was. I tell her what’s wrong and she tells me she can give me a credit even though i paid cash. And I’m like no i do not wish to have a credit for something that could’ve been prevented and she says well to get a refund of what the total was and not what was handed to the driver. So i tell her I’m on my way to the store. At this point i don’t want any of my order so i bring everything back to the store. Once i arrive the manager proceeds to tell me she’s going to only give me the total and not what i handed the driver. I tell her no if i was to pay with a card i would be refunded everything so she can call her driver and ask for herself what i handed him and confirm i didn’t receive change. She talks over me and doesn’t really want to listen. So i tell her all of this could’ve been avoided. If you know something is wrong with the site and we order something you don’t carry then someone should’ve called and said something so that i can choose something else or just get the part of my order that they can provide. Then i tell her about the day before and she tells me oh we are open at 10am. I then tell her well that’s funny this is the second time in two days where this store terrible customer service because i was here yesterday a little bit before 10am and nobody was here until 10am on the dot. Attempted to contact the store repeatedly but was always transferred to an off-site location where they could not help the next day I caught a flight to Dallas and whenever I came back to the city I had to actually go into the store because they would not answer the phone. Once I was there I was told that because I didn't have the pizza with me that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely garbage they do not answer the phone at all. It was funny too cuz whenever I arrived at the location I attempted to call them before going into the store because I didn't want to have an argument or confrontation. There were three employees outside smoking! The whole time I was trying to call but they were too busy to answer the phone. When it boils down to this is the GM is responsible for training these people he needs to be replaced from what I hear his name is Timothy and read the reviews about this monster. Deplorable the owner of this store made a bad decision going with this guy. Read moreWhen I went to go pick up my food, I went through the drive through as I had placed my order before getting there. When I pulled up to the window, I made eye contact with at least 4-5 people and not one singular person came to help, one of the guys even pointed at the car and made eye contact with me but didn’t come ask what was needed. About 25-30 minutes pass and finally I had to flag a lady down, mind you, they were NOT busy they were just standing around and 1 person was on a call using her personal phone, while walking around. When we finally got helped, the lady opened the window and just stared at me waiting for me to talk, no hello how are you? No how can I help you, nothing! She just stared at me waiting for me to talk, I told her I was picking up my order and it was already prepared, she just pulled it out of the heating oven. Mind you I only ordered one of the small personal items. She forgot my ranch and when I told her about it, she just rolled her eyes and gave me some. If you don’t like your job or don’t wanna work there then quit, there’s no reason for you to be working there. Also, there was another lady who had a different shirt, guessing it’s the manager, she took off her shoe to kill a bug on the wall, in the restaurant, in the kitchen.
