Green Brothers Juice & Smoothie Co. — Restaurant in Huntersville

My experience this morning was absolutely horrible. The girl behind the counter was very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. She didn’t even say hello when I walked in, I ordered and she barely spoke 2 words other than to tell me if the discount code on the app isn’t working then there’s nothing she can do about it, rudely. Once I went to pay she stood there as I was still trying to fix the app not knowing she was ready for payment, and then the CC tap wouldn’t work. I mentioned yesterday when I was in that it wasn’t working and the lady was trying to fix it. She argues with me that she was there yesterday and she was indeed not anywhere in my vision and that I assured her it wasn’t her and someone else. She finally agreed that it was the general manager. Regardless why are you arguing with me about being there when I didn’t have you help me and I never saw you. To top it off, you purchase a $11 smoothie and the cup isn’t even filled to the top, leaving about an inch of room. I live in the neighborhood of Birkdale and after today would rather drive over to Clean Juice than walk to Green Brothers....

Having never been here before, I explained to the girl working that I wanted an açaí bowl but one on the sweeter side, and asked if she had any suggestions on which one to get. She was really kind and said hello energetically when I walked in, but as soon as I started asking questions about recommendations and if I could customize, she was extremely rude and had a huge attitude with me. I’m not sure if I was annoying her with my questions, but I’m a new customer with no knowledge about the place. I ended up ordering the watermelon bowl, adding açaí to it, and customizing my toppings to be strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and honey only, just to be served a bowl that was completely melted, basically only juice, and no strawberries. I feel as though the girl was upset with me for some reason so I just didn’t say anything. I wish I took a picture to post, but the girl that posted before me with the melted bowl is exactly what mine looked like. Been there once before and had a good experience. Today however, the girl at the counter was unfriendly and rude. I walked in holding my 10lbs dog and she didn’t say anything except hello then she stood at the counter while we were looking over the menu and she said “if you have any questions” I said we just need a minute to figure out what we want, we were speaking another language with each other and I don’t know if that bothered her because that’s when she decided to tell me that dogs are not allowed and that I need to leave. I asked if I can just order and that I wasn’t planning on staying inside and she said no I had to leave. I understand that dogs aren’t allowed in certain places but tell me as soon as I walk in.
