This location in Huntington Beach has had a lot of businesses here! So I was Sur prised to see a new one! I was not impressed and preferred when it was the ice cream with the Oxygen, I believe? But stopped in about 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. No hours of operation on the door! Not thrilled when we were told she was closing in 5 minutes and a few other customers were shocked as well (once again, where were your hours of operation)? My reason for my review is because I had a cold brew and requested caramel, which you pay additionally for the caramel taste. But when I received it and began to drink it it was so watered down that it tasted like iced coffee, not cold brew, if that’s the case just call it iced coffee not cold brew! Badly watered down and definitely not worth what I paid for it! Very disappointing! Would not recommend, granted I’m not an HB “local “ but practically grew up there! So sad how peoples attitudes have changed their and are not that great at...

Listen, I don’t know who needs to hear this but clearly you’re seeking reassurance if you’re reading reviews.

If you are in the neighborhood (or honestly not even close by) just make the stop for a coffee. You get the best (probably. I don’t know your life) coffee without the snobby staff experience most coffee shops seem to make a pre-requisite.

I get the vanilla latte, which I feel like doesn’t give me a whole lot of credibility but my husband drinks all the things my taste buds will not allow (such as: coffee/espresso without the sweet) bless this mess, but nonetheless, hands down best coffee we’ve ever had. We actually love it so much we have a subscription of their coffee beans that get sent to us in the mail every month.

Bottom line: even in my darkest hour, I would fight traffic just to get my hands on a bev from Sur. So park your peach in the order line and for the love of all things good, let this be the last...
