Wow..well where do I start🤔I had I horrible experience at this particular McDonald's I made a huge effort to have breakfeast at this place in the morning on 07/09/2019 I was one of the first customers to enter the location I had been waiting a few minutes for them to open up when they did I asked to go straight to the restroom the 'lady" showed me the way and said another employee was in there having them cleaned so I get to the males restroom everything fine at first the guy that was cleaning had left I finished doin my business in the toilet and proceeded to was my hands and arms as well as my face to freshen up keep in mind I went across town to get to this McDonald's so once I had finished in the restroom I was all sweaty from the long walk to this place I took my shirt off not thinking anything of it to wash my face arms and face I needed to freshen up so I was there about 10 minutes in and this guy( Daniel )the employee who was cleaning the restroom in the morning come in and sees me washing up (my face,hands,arms) he sees that I'm without a shirt and immediately his deamenor changes towards me he no longer was the kind well mannered McDonald's employee from the morning he immediately starts to aggressively and rudely confront me asking me to leave the restaurant ? I confused ask him what was the reason for his actions he claims that I was showering inside the restroom🤔😂I then reacted by stating to him that I was not I asked him to look at the rest of my body Wich wasn't wet or anyother clothes removed he them just looks at me threatens me with calling the police and walks out of the restroom I them stop what I was doin put my shirt on and followed behind he grabs this lady I guess "manager" and tell her that I was showering he didn't even explain what happened or what I told him he just saw her and immediately said "he was showering in the restroom" I said to the lady look at me does it look like I was showering?? I explain everything to her as I did here what I was doin and to check herself and look at me for evidence of me showering to my surprise she takes his side without knowing or checking for evidence of me showering she then starts to act the same as he did aggressively and rudely totally unprofessional she thretens me with calling police and I agreed with her I said go ahead call them I wasn't doin what you said I was she then orders the rest of the crew to refuse service to me and tells me that I am no longer welcomed at that location and that I needed to exit the premises Wich I did not I stated I was a customer and that there being unfair and discriminatory towards me I proceeded to ask her for her name or worker I'd number because I was gonna place a complaint with corporate the higher ups about the way I was treated and what I was being accused of Wich was totally untrue well this lady and the guy refused to give me there names and positions that they're assigned she wouldn't even give me her supervisors name or number I then asked another of the workers at the counter for the person's involved in the incidents name and she also refused on orders of that one lady I kept trying with other workers that I saw nearby and they all refused she told her whole morning crew to refuse that information to me it wasn't until I looked up and saw they're policy and customer/consumer website as well as a complaint procedure and a supervisors name and number I wrote all that down and now I'm making a complaint on her and the cleaning guy because I was treated unfairly I was disreapected I was embarrassed and to top it off they were rude and aggressively unprofessional towards me ...I really need something done about this and I'm gonna go the extra length to make sure those two get disciplined for they're actions and the unprofessional way they treated a paying customer for a mistake that the guy made sad sad I will no longer be goin to this location and I hope this doesn't happened to anyone else cause it isn't nice and it sure doesn't feel...
Read moreSTOP!! DO NOT GO!! I had to use the restroom: needed a code. I asked the cashier that took my order for the code. He INSISTED to open it. He just asked employee JUANA to open it for me. "Thank you" I went to my car and spilled my drink, so of course I wanted to wash my hands and it didn't help that I was sick from my stomach. I went back into McDonald's. Asked JUANA if she could please open the door one more time."did you forget something" in Spanish. I looked at her puzzled. Juana kept asked me if I forgot something. I asked once more." Can you please open the door for me one last time" She was sweeping the center of the entrance at the moment of the question. Walking towards the restroom she THROWS the the cleaning utensil very aggressively. When she opened the door she SLAMMED IT OPEN. I suffer with anxiety. I locked myself in the restroom for a few minutes, thinking what I did wrong. After, I asked for the manager. They called him; from where I was standing he was having an out of work related conversation with the drive thru cashier. They had to called him 4 times just to get told "I'll be there." I knew nothing would get done on my behalf. Never have I felt in public how McDonald's made...
Read moreWent drive thru today at 7:15pm to pick up my drink they forgot to give me yesterday and instead of apologizing and giving me a free icecream or something, she said, sorry unless you have a receipt we can't give you, I was appalled, when I called yesterday the guy who answered the phone said what's your name? Just give them your name and was very nice and very apologetic, today's supervisor Daisy was not, very rude, said she's too busy, anything else? And turned abruptly and walked away without waiting for my response. I mean, I was just there to pick up my drink that I paid that they forgot to give, review the cameras... review phone call, very disappointes in the customer service. Yesterday's customer service was great, they forgot the drink, it happens but today I was treated as if I was making it up just because no one left a note with my name or any information, and I forgot the guy'a name when I asked who am I talking to he said Juan and I thought he said Jose. That is terrible, why be mean with a customer for a mistake McDonald's did? Not good...
