IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE BUTTER IT UP ZERO STARS I WOULD. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Grubhub. The order arrived cold, late, improperly packaged and it appeared that the whole order had been dropped. Now to the quality of the food. The flatbreads were both horrible. The bread itself appeared to be very undercooked almost raw and the chicken had almost no flavor besides the chargrilled flavor from the grill. The toppings were not on the flatbread but instead scattered loose in the container. The elk burger was nothing more than a tasteless cold piece of meat partially wrapped in aluminum foil with a tomato and tossed in the plastic bag loose. The nachos had little flavor and what flavor they did have was not good. The tortilla chips were not blue corn tortillas as described, it had very little cheese, very little sour cream, a ton of romaine lettuce, and cold tasteless beef. The grilled cheese sandwich had almost no cheese, an iced cold tomato, incredibly salty awful tasting bacon and horrible dried out tough bread that appeared to have been toasted in a toaster prior to having the toppings added. If you grill a sandwich how can the tomato be as cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator? I have read some of the other reviews and I am bewildered by my experience. I will not ever order Butter It Up again. GrubHub customer service contacted the restaurant to request a refund and the restaurant refused to issue a refund. I have taken pictures and will be taking it up with my card issuer. Do not waste your money on Butter It Up unless you enjoy cold tasteless disgusting food that’s improperly packaged in an unsanitary manner and terrible customer service from a horrible establishment. They should be ashamed of both their food and their despicable...

We had breakfast at this location today. We selected it because it was included in our overnight stay. Based on the menu I was skeptical. We entered the location and found it has limited seating, which isn’t really an issue on a slow morning. However, our gift card would not work so we had to pay cash for the food. Again an inconvenience but not a major issue just a disappointment.

The worst part about this visit was the food. We both ordered omlets. They are very under seasoned, the pulled pork in my omelet had no flavor. My wife’s omelet was not scrambled, it had full fried eggs and they were not cooked at all. The whites were still runny and all over the inside of the omelet. It had to be return. The associate at the counter looked at it and asked what was wrong. We had to show her the runny egg, which was very visible. Her only response was to take the plate and ask what was it.

After it being cooked and returned to me 10 minutes after I asked for it to be remade and cooked completely, I cut into the omelet only to find the eggs still under cooked. The eggs were still very ‘snotty’ inside the omelet.

I returned the dish again and asked for a refund of my meal. It was refunded but only for the omelet that was bad not the entire meal which was ruined from the start.

This is not a place I will ever return to, even identify it is actually included in my...

I'm hoping that my experience today at Butter It Up is not the new norm for the restaurant. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and the quality of the food is not what it once was at Butter It Up. Apparently there was a miscommunication when I gave my order because I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a the maple chicken salad sandwich but received the maple chicken salad in a bed of greens. Okay, honest mishap so I let it go and decided to give it a try. The quality of the chicken salad was not good as it was bland with no hint of maple or bacon. My wife ordered a sandwich and it was okay but nothing to get excited about. My wife mentioned, "if we come back here, I'm not getting this again." As a disclaimer, we hadn't visited Butter It Up in about a year as we're usually not in Huntington very often. So maybe over time the quality control of the food has gone down or maybe this is growing pains of moving to the new space at The Market. I do know that it will take a lot of me to give them a try again. Update I forgot to update this review and mention that I contacted the owner and exchanged emails regarding my visit. He apologized for the mistakes and stated that the chicken salad was incorrectly made that day. He also offered to make things right for the experience. I appreciate that effort. For that offer, I added a star to...

This is a stand in an indoor market with other food stands, though only 2 were open on a Sunday morning. There is a conference center nearby and there were lots of sports teams at the market on a Sunday morning so this stand told us food would take 35-40min. There also weren’t many tables to sit and eat, given how crowded it was. We wound up just getting a “bees knees” latte that was delicious and getting food next door at the pizza place (which was fantastic as well). Overall it’s a trendy little block in an otherwise run-down and deserted town that’s further off the highway than we realized, but I think it was a worthwhile detour and would be even better without the crowd.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The food is pretty good. Although, the bacon is usually pretty salty. The latest, I had one of their breakfast dishes. Eggs were perfect, as the toast. The sausage was a bit dry BUT the flavor was very good. The bacon was very salty and the potatoes were good. I can’t really complain; last time I had the avocado toast and it was delicious. What keeps me coming back, is the incredibly friendly staff. The wait to get the food may be a bit long BUT there’s only one guy cooking, most of the time, be kind and be patient. It’s enjoyable food and service. Outside is just right as the weather has cooled down, quite a lot. Oh, and wear your mask!

What a great find! I am not here in Huntington often and I was looking for some breakfast after a late night and sleeping in until noon. I ordered a Southwest Omelette (Free range eggs, pulled pork, fresh tomatoes and jalapenos) and a Katie (Coffee, local sources cream and honey along with Butter). All of it was fantastic! Food - 5 Service - 4 Ambience - 5 has a unique cool vibe being in the Market Price - 4 worth it but a little higher in this area.
