First: the employees and management of this establishment are HORRIBLE. Drive thru order takers get your order correct 1 in 10 visits, Make sure you check your food before you drive away. There is a 99% chance its wrong.
The employees make you feel like a Big inconvenience. They swing the window open, call out the price and slam the window back shut. When the food is ready, same thing. They might say "thanks" and they are throwing your food and drink at you all at once, and then slam the window shut and walk away before you could possibly ask for anything else.
Never Ever order the FRITO pie. I ordered it thru the drive thru and it's mostly canned tomatoes with a little beef added and they literally give you 8 ( Yes, EIGHT) Fritos in a TINY TINY plastic container.
As others have said, no matter what you order, it will take 20 minutes to get it. I bet a cup of water would take 10 minutes if you went through the drive thru. And then it would probably be wrong.
I hear this place is owned by the same people that own Rosie's and Steak Out but obviously they need to fire the Manager and entire staff and start over, as well as revamp the menu because it's Not good.
I ordered a Mexican Dog and it had HUGE chunks of canned tomatoes mixed in with some dry browned beef. I think everything there is based off canned tomatoes. The food is expensive but very low quality.
I have been there several times and I won't go back until I see "Under New Management" posted.

Read moreI usually use the drive-thru simply because I find the dining room to be loud and too warm and I'm not a fan of TVs in my dining space.
I have had both breakfast and lunch. I have yet to find their lunch food to be more appealing than going to another fast food joint. The burgers tend to be dry and extremely overpriced. If you want a good burger for a good price, go to 5 Guys.
Breakfast is the usual fare for me simply because of location. The breakfast burritos are decent and you have the added bonus of being able to substitute eggs (not sure if they are real or powered but I think they have to crack them) for egg beaters. When I first started visiting, the burritos were well stuffed and the order was usually correct even if it did take forever and a day (in drive-thru terms) to receive the food. Over the past 6 months to a year, the service has gone past down-hill; it is literally tunneling it's way to China. I would agree with other posts that 1 out 10 times they get the order wrong (today was a good example - hope the guy behind me enjoyed my burritos).
If it wasn't for it's location being so close to work, I wouldn't visit here anymore. Now that they take longer than Atlanta Bread to get me some breakfast, I believe I'll become an Atlanta...
Read moreThis was our first time eating inside at Shaggy’s and let me start out by saying we were very impressed! I’ve always thought it was weird they’re known for Burger & Tacos but it’s essentially a Little Rosie’s (as they’re owned by the same company). The decor was very colorful and trendy. I absolutely love the ambiance. The inside was extremely clean and the employees were very friendly. When you enter, you order at the counter where they give you a pager and pick up your food at the window to the left when it’s ready. They serve alcohol and I highly recommend the Mambo Taxi! It’s one of our favorites from Rosie’s and just as good at Shaggy’s. One new thing we stumbled upon are the Cinnamon Nachos and they are out of this world. Fresh nachos with cinnamon sugar sprinkled all over. Of course chips and salsa and queso are also a must. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of tables to enjoy your meal outside. If you want to take your meal to go, the drive thru is located on the backside of the building. We will...
