Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Hurst

Unfortunately, I understand now why the sales reported for the location here in Hurst Tx is so low. When did Brahm’s stop caring about their customers? As this is one reason for the lack of ability to produce a profitable margins. But it does get better so let’s continue. The location is old and outdated and very under kept. As you’re sitting there, ordering for the drive-through, their cigarette butts that litter, the area, right by the speaker. And if you do not smoke, trust me, it is a very overwhelming smell. They look at you in distain As you pull up, the window, never flashes you a smile never asking how your day is JUST Literally……..your total is…….. You hand them your card they take it close the window, open the window and hand you your receipt and your card back. Never turning to look at you. Then as you pull to the second window….. Realizing you had forgot to order something……You then ask can I get a large Dr Pepper? Please……. The young girl, obviously in training takes the card goes around the corner to ask how she would do that The manager on duty tell her you do not allow people to order at the second window We do not do that.!? I mean, do you not want my money for an item that you were supposed to be selling when did doing your job become such a hard thing to ask you to do. I am absolutely appalled as Brahms used to be my favorite favorite place. Everybody looked at you as you walked in the door. They greeted you as they wanted you to be there but now the managers that they are employed don’t even care that you’re there to spend money to pay their paychecks. No, you’re a bother you’re interrupting their TikTok time! I want the old Brahms Mentality back! That’s what that business...

Up date on this business OMG can they do things professionally? We went here today because it is close to our home. We have talked with mangers about the problen.We don't understand why they can't always get your food right. We repeat our food order to the person 2 times. I understand that they have a lot to do. But we have been coming here 5 years.Its like they will get it right out of 7times and other days the food is missing stuff or over cooked. Or they don't understand English or u don't understand what is going on in thier world. Or they say drive back up here. OMG Jesus Christ can u please help them get this right. Gas is not cheap. Well back again to the drawing board!! The people that are working thier keep getting our food order wrong all the time. On 7/30/2024 we explained to the staff please no bacon and please add 12 Pickles with easy ketchup easy mustard. Man the staff need to go watch Sesame Street to learn how to do things right and Hooked on phonics. I had to call up to the restaurant and tell them respectflly this is not right. Now this is the 18 th time they have did this. Do any think they would get it right by now?????Here's my receipt what I ask for.Here is the wrong burger they gave me. The manager ask are u sure that you didn't want bacon. I told her I want the food I asked for and paid for on my receipt. We found out they gave my food to someone else and gave me the other person food.I believe that they need glass and maybe two super sonic turbo hear hearing aids. Or ear like...

I regularly buy milk from this location because Braum's has great dairy. I would not, however eat anything cooked at this location.

The dining area floor is always filthy. Not a mess here and there, but dirty like a floor that hasn't been mopped in a very long time. The edges around tables, benches and trash cans appear to have been collecting dirt and grime for quite a while. The employees seem to bus the tables after customers leave, but it is obvious they do not get wiped between patrons. A good majority of the ceiling tiles are stained or broken. Trash cans have old ketchup smeared across them. There are food and drink spills that appear to have been there for a long time with no employee to clean them.

I worked food service for years. I can promise you that if the dining area is this dirty, the kitchen is worse. I would never eat anything that came from this kitchen.

Most of the employees wear dingy white shirts with old stains. They often joke and laugh loudly among themselves, but are not terribly polite with customers, though I have never had anyone be overtly rude to me here.

I will still buy milk and some pre-packaged foods here. But I would never let anyone I care about eat food from this...
