I am so disappointed in the service here now a days. This location used to be the best in town. But they have been going way downhill. Tonight we ordered 2 kids meals but can not use the drinks because our toddlers can't drink the drinks they serve and its just a waste of product. Instead of providing us with the kids meals that our 4 and 3 year old look so forward too with the toys they said we can't have them just because we did not get the drink. What? Why? We are paying for kids meals so why in world would we not get the kids meals, just without the drinks? I do not care if I am charged full price. That is fine as long as the kids get their kids meals. The 1st thru guys response was, "I don't know what to tell you. That is our policy." Then he continues to tell me, "I don't know what to tell you". at least 2 more times. No, I apologize for the inconvenience or any solution at all. His response was inappropriate and he acted as if I was an idiot. The 2nd window just rushed us out and said little to nothing. I have been coming to this Braums since I was in my 20's and I am 55 years old. Braims has been a family tradition since I was a teenager. So, I do feel very sad about their terrible service. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had here in less than 6 months. It is very upsetting to be dismissed like that. To top it off, our order was wrong too. We get home and we are missing an order of fries. Really? They do not seem to care much about their community. I am an Office Manager of a major and well known customer service company and none of my employees would ever respond in that manner to a customer. As this is one reason for the lack of ability to produce a profitable margins. But it does get better so let’s continue. The location is old and outdated and very under kept. As you’re sitting there, ordering for the drive-through, their cigarette butts that litter, the area, right by the speaker. And if you do not smoke, trust me, it is a very overwhelming smell. They look at you in distain As you pull up, the window, never flashes you a smile never asking how your day is JUST Literally……..your total is…….. You hand them your card they take it close the window, open the window and hand you your receipt and your card back. Never turning to look at you. Then as you pull to the second window….. Realizing you had forgot to order something……You then ask can I get a large Dr Pepper? Please……. The young girl, obviously in training takes the card goes around the corner to ask how she would do that The manager on duty tell her you do not allow people to order at the second window We do not do that.!? I mean, do you not want my money for an item that you were supposed to be selling when did doing your job become such a hard thing to ask you to do. I am absolutely appalled as Brahms used to be my favorite favorite place. Everybody looked at you as you walked in the door. We have talked with mangers about the problen.We don't understand why they can't always get your food right. We repeat our food order to the person 2 times. I understand that they have a lot to do. But we have been coming here 5 years.Its like they will get it right out of 7times and other days the food is missing stuff or over cooked. Or they don't understand English or u don't understand what is going on in thier world. Or they say drive back up here. OMG Jesus Christ can u please help them get this right. Gas is not cheap.
