Salad and Go — Restaurant in Hurst

My wife and I used to frequent this location, and it was our first experience with Salad and Go. Coming here, we always loved the freshness of the food, and the portions are great. It's one of the only fast food options for quality salads, and the customizable options make it easy to find something you like.

By far, our favorite innovation is the container the salad comes in. It has a high top which allows the salad to be shaken inside the container for easy mixing after adding toppings and dressings. Totally saves on time and mess usually associated with mixing everything together by hand.

We're both huge fans of the Greek salad, but all of them that we've tried were good. The only reason it gets four stars instead of five is my wife once bit into an olive pit that had made it into her salad. That was pretty scary, but thank God it didn't end badly.

They always forget the dressing ! I’ve had to drive back and forth so many times including today ! Also last night a chick working was extremely rude to my husband and rolled her eyes . We did not react . Also I never get extra croutons when I ask so now I have to order them to the side just to make sure I get them !!! And then last night they forgot to put my chicken to the side ! It’s super frustrating going there over and over and they consistently forget things or just too lazy to do their jobs . I eat there everyday and so tired of having to drive back every time . This location needs help big time update : and for the fifth time today 6/24/2024, I ordered my extra croutons on the side and chicken on the side . They didn’t give me extra croutons and they put the chicken on my salad !!!! I’m...

5/11/24: ordered salads today asked for romaine only on both salads and one came w mixed greens which makes it inedible since I don’t care for mixed greens hence the sub. Be sure to check your orders if in drive thru unfortunately mine was delivery

Typically the food here is very good if you get a salad or wrap that would be five stars. Breakfast is horrible. Ordered breakfast burritos today and they could not be bothered to make sure the eggs were hot. The whole burrito was cold and when you touched the eggs you could tell they had been in the refrigerator so they used day old eggs which is fine but they can’t be bothered to heat up the eggs. I don’t know many people who want to eat ice cold scrambled eggs. I won’t be ordering breakfast here again...
