I rarely write reviews. But I am DONE with this McDonalds! Now they are stealing my money outright. This is my neighborhood restaurant, so it is close by. It's easy to get to for a quick dinner or a breakfast. That is the best thing about this place. They consistently get my order wrong. I have to move up out of the line and check it every time before I go home. Then go back through to get it corrected. Yes, I have started to go inside and use the self order check out so that I have a better chance to get the correct order. I have seen people waiting for an excessive amount of time for their in store order. They have a drive through so I can run through it. I want to use it and not have to go inside. They still mess stuff up in the store. I have had to pull into a spot to wait for my order, and it takes so long! I could have gone in for that amount of time. I have students who have worked at this location, and they have told me about the poor way they are treated by management. Finally, the LAST STRAW! I was there on 1/08. Today, my bank account shows two different charges in a row. One was mine and one was not. Not much that I can do now as I don't have the receipt anymore. I can't prove its not mine anyway. But, I KNOW IT IS NOT. If you have had a good experience here, then you are one of the lucky ones. This is not a good place to go. When you see the regular drive through line at this McDonalds and the drive thru is three times longer at the next door Chik-fil-a, it is because the McDonalds has lost so many customers to Chik-fil-a. There, my food is right, they are super nice, and they say thank you for coming every time. I will not go here anymore. Read moreWent through the drive 04/20/23 I had to remember to make a review only im doing it so late but I almost made thr mistake of going through again but want to remeber why never to return for one I waited in line for about 15-20mins just to get my order taken then when I finally did they had a sign up stating if we dont ask you about your mcdonalds rewards will give you free cookies low and behold they didn't so I stated to the girl at the register with which she replied too bad were out of cookies thats why I haven't even been asking people that question umm whaaat? You should be asking regardless of the fact but ok. Second and why I believe this place should be shut down when I pulled up to the 2nd window to get my order there was an employee with floss flossing his teeth where the food was being made literally had one of those floss picks and taking it out of his moth and looking at it as he was waiting for his food that they were making for him or a friend as he walked out of the store and gave to somebody parked in a car that drove off but totally disgusting and not acceptable for that to be being done and acceptable around food.! My order was done around 8-10pm 4/20/23 don't remember the time exactly and no longer have the receipt but I'm sure you can looks up the day around those times to see who it was who took my order and the boy with the tooth floss plastic pic. Read moreMy husband was just there trying to surprise me with an iced coffee (pregnancy cravings). He placed a mobile order and waited over 45 minutes in the mobile order spots. He called twice with me on the line, listening to the lady say she gave his order to someone else but she was going to be right out with the order. She never went out. By this point we’re both frustrated because my husband left work to bring me a coffee that should’ve been quick 10 minutes including the commute. But instead he went inside after waiting and calling twice. The lady who was taking mobile orders out said “I didn’t see anyone out there” , “he wasn’t there when I went out” and the manager issues a cash refund for less than the actual amount and when my husband pointed that out she said no that’s the right amount. I now have the coffee we waited an hour for and it taste like water and isn’t what was ordered!! It literally taste like the coffee sat there because no one ever took it out and they just grabbed it off the counter when my husband went in. The ice is small, clearly melted, incorrect flavor, nothing like what was ordered!!! No excuse for this! Managers and staff had the audacity to lie so much even with the mobile order showing , call log showing , me on the phone , and since when do you give cash refunds for a debit order?
