Food is as it should be and the employees are friendly and always take care of me. A big however though, is the general manager does not have any tolerance for loitering. She tends to profile her patrons discriminating against those who she assumes are homeless. I've had numerous issues with this when being a paying customer. I've been blessed to have a home, a car, and a job and visited her store frequently during such time. I've also been homeless still going to that Mcdonalds to sit and get out of the cold and use the bathroom, but also to buy something to eat which would constitute the majority of my visits. Once I bought a large coffee and took it outside while I smoked a cigarette and I accidentally dropped it. As I walked back in said GM was laughing and I laughed thinking she noticed my blunder. I asked "You laughing at me?" she answered no and pointed out the car accident that just happened at the intersection involving a police officer. I proceeded to the counter and asked for a refill and she assumed I was loitering wanting unlimited refills and said "You people wanting refill after refill after you leave." I tried to explain and she walked away. This is just one of many hostile and unnecessary moments created by someone who may say they are just doing what's aligned with the business practices supported by her franchisee and corporate parent. Discrimination is bad for business and not what Ronald would do. WWRD Alfenia, Tony, Helen, Lynette, and all those on 2nd shift are amazing. I love this McDonald's and I am grateful to those who have been compassionate during...
Read moreHorrible! Out of the nowhere I'm told they haven't been open 24 hours for months when I doordash every night, and frequently go through this McDonald's. What confuses me is why there's a whole crew of people in McDonald's collecting a paycheck while also telling people they're closed. When driving through the front of the store, I can clearly see everybody sitting around in the lobby on their phones doing nothing. Call me crazy but I don't think a corporation would want people getting paid to sit around and do nothing when it's easier to just leave the store dark and let people figure it out for themselves. Being a fry cook isn't an easy job by any means, but it takes a special kind of lazy to do that kind of stuff. Because of them I've had to cancel several doordash orders and lost out on money as well as my customers losing out on their food. Absolutely ridiculous. It's one thing if I just wanted food for myself, but this has cost me over $40 of orders that otherwise would not have been placed. Whoever them current managers are, they need to be replaced ASAP. An entire crew is inside sitting around dining nothing. If you were truly closed, then why are there multiple people inside getting paid well after the closing hour I was told? Just doesn't make...
Read moreChose to stop here on my lunch break to get food for myself and another person on my way home.
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 large fries with 1 large drink. The second person didn't want a drink.
I get up to the window to pick up my food and they read back my order as 2 cheeseburgers and 1 large fry. I said that's not correct I asked for two the guy handing me my food literally ignored me and the woman standing behind him said in a very patronizing tone "we only have one, honey." There was no attempt to correct it. They had no interest in making it right by letting me order another one.
So I had half of a lunch on my break and gave the full meal to the other person I ordered for.
Thanks to these nonchalant disinterested employees I did not get a full meal to enjoy during my lunch. I will not be visiting this location again anytime soon.
If you want a quick fast food restaurant with a good chance of getting your FULL order do...
