Fantastic customer service and on hand inventory! I stopped in because my current office chair was no longer functional and it was starting to cause damage to my hard wood floor. I wanted something quick so ordering something and waiting for delivery was not very appealing to me. I was immediately assisted as soon as I entered the store, asked what I was looking for. The sales representative listened patiently asking appropriate questions to help her understand my personal situation and then presented me with various options to fit my specific needs. I happily made my purchase then the sales representative helped me carry out and maneuver my purchases into my compact car (it took some skill). I missed getting her name but will remember the help and refer others to this store...

Local, friendly, caring, and ready to help. I love having my copies made here. They’re priced so great I thought they made a mistake the first few times and undercharged me. I’ve switched over the last four companies I’ve worked for and they still use Roberts. You truly can’t beat the staff and a little piece of candy as a pick me up never hurt anyone. I love the candy I receive from the delivery driver....
