Thank you to Wyatt and the lovely beautiful manager who was on staff when i came in who accommodated and answered all of my questions. Thank you for allowing my 1st check-in to be a good experience.

So I travel for work, and the premium membership is perfect, and i would highly recommend it to those who are in the same world of travel.

This gym setup was better than what i expected. Nice layout of exercise machines, cleanliness of facility as well as respectful staff and patrons.

Would not only recommend a membership to planet fitness but also would recommend this location(Hutchinson, KS.) whether you're a resident of this town or an individual passing through.

I also would like to share this Truth with you, and that is that Jesus Christ 2000 years ago died for your sins, so you would not perish when that day inevitably comes for all of us.

All you have to do to avoid this is just believe in Him and you will be saved from an eternity in hell(which is to be without God(Jesus Christ)), so if you hear this and believe it today then today is the day of salvation so please do not put it off, do not ignore that tug on your heart/mind/spirit, do not faulter because tomorrow isn't guaranteed for any of us it's ONLY by His grace & mercy that you, me and all are still alive today.

malfunctioning equipment. i've been at this gym since it's opening, ALL of the upright bikes intermittently malfunction, after about 7-8 mins there is either no tension, or the tension is maxed out and the bike display flashes and resets. i've reported this each time there is a change in management, i've told at least 4 managers. i report it to employees when it comes up, most just shrug their shoulders. the equipment has never been taken out of service, or even tested after reporting issues. this applies to not only the upright bikes but more critical issues regarding loose nuts on cable machines etc. NEVER has a machine been taken out of service or even inspected after reporting an issue which allows plenty of opportunity to create completely preventable injuries. i shouldn't have to explain this.. when a customer reports an issue with a piece of equipment it should be immediately taken out of service, the problem should be documented, a safety evaluation should be performed and the equipment should not be placed back into service until the equipment passes set criteria. as of this morning, the bikes are still having issues with either no tension or max tension, then will reset about 7-8 mins in, i attempted to use 3 and gave up. reported the issue, all bikes remain in service. good luck catching your balance if you loose tension as your attempting to stand up on that bike, if there is any tension on it at...

Absolutely love the facility and the amenities however I'm giving a 2 star review cause of my experience on my first day. I walk through the doors with my brother and i'm greeted by a polite receptionist, he took my pic for the photo ID and told me to have fun. I was not given a tour of the facility and so I mistakenly went into an area I thought had more equipment, only to find it was just an empty hallway. So on my way back out of the hallway I'm stopped by the rudest employee one could ever meet. And he told me and my guest, "what do you think you all were doing back there?" and I respectfully explained I was just curious to see if there was anything over there cause it's my first day, and he knew that but he got an attitude and said "this is your first and only chance, if I see you back there again, I'm canceling your memberships".. It was very off putting and not the kind of mentality I wanted to continue to workout with but regardless I carried on and brushed it off. It's just unfortunate that people like that work at the only planet fitness in my town. Love the equipment stuff tho. Just the staff member who I felt harassed me about a simple situation, and the other guy on his phone behind the desk who seemed to be annoyed when I asked to use the massage chair.
