A & A Appliance — Local services in Hutchinson

Today I called about a couple parts for my Maytag washer & the gentleman that I spoke with was very rude. I was trying to figure out where their store was located so that I could go in & see what I needed to buy. The gentleman was very short & condescending on the phone with me while I was trying to figure that out. Also, when I arrived at the store one of the first things he tells me is that he will not be able to answer any questions about my washer. If you are a Maytag dealer, that sells washers & dryers, you should be able to answer questions. He was extremely rude, & curt with me while we talked, & I felt as if I was a burden or imposing on his time. He had absolutely no people skills whatsoever. While I was in there, the other gentleman that was working was very nice & tried to be helpful, he had white hair & glasses. The rude gentleman had sort of curly grey hair & glasses. I walked out of there without buying anything or getting anything accomplished towards what I needed. I would not advise anyone to go to A&A Appliance Inc, for anything unless you get to talk to the white...

Bought a used washer, they brought it out, installed it, we went to use it and it didn’t work. It would not get past wash, wouldn’t rinse or spin. When we called to let them know they sent out a guy to look at it, I wasn’t home so he spoke with my mom who came over. He looked at it and told her it worked fine and that it was user error. I told my mom there was no way it was user error so she tried to use it and it wouldn’t work for her either, imagine that. We called again and let them know and they did bring us out another used washer. Except this time the washer they brought us was disgusting. I have attached photos below that were taken the same day they delivered it. The man that came out to install it was also rude to his employees the whole time they were working. Makes me wonder if the used appliances are even looked over or tested before selling. Unprofessional business. Will not be using them again. Hopefully this washer...

Little disappointed in how my dad and step mother were treated recently. They have a Maytag refrig that wasn't working properly. The man came to look at it, and with just a minute or so look at it he gave a completely wrong diagnoses telling them that he would sell them a new refrig. Ended up charging $75 for the wrong diagnoses. Took the frig to Bills appliances where they plugged it in and found nothing wrong with the frig other than it needed to be moved out from the wall some to allow air to move better. The thing had simply froze up and needed to thaw out, and charged a very minimal and fair fee. I'm very disappointed in A&A a long standing Hutchinson business being very shady and driven to only give service that ended in a sell not giving good customer service and honesty.
