Best Asian — Restaurant in Hutchinson

I do recommend the resturant as the food is very good. It's my go to place for Broccoli Beef and I order it there at least a couple times a month. Decent size portions and the food tastes really good. I do recommend if you are going to order delivery to order from their site and not from door dash because it is cheaper.

I do knock off a star because on occasion the staff can be rude. There was an issue we had like a year or so ago where my husband went to pick up my food that we ordered over the phone and paid for in store, gave our name, and they charged my card for someone elses food and gave my husband the wrong food. The price didn't tip off my hubs something was wrong because he had no clue what the total was nor what all I had ordered when he went to pick it up. Luckily though the person whose order it actually was showed up and realized the mistake. The lady at the register, according to my husband, was very rude about having to do a refund and fix the mistake and put the blame on him when he had no way of knowing there was something wrong. He gave the correct name and she rung up the wrong food. My husband was so upset by it that it is VERY rare that I can ask him to pick my food up for me. If I can't get it myself I don't normally get it anymore. So I do feel the need to remove a star for the experience even though it wasn't my own.

I will say that for me personally though that I've never had any issues when I go to get food. I just wanted to include that as an example of them not always having the best customer service.

For me they've always been quick and given good customer service. The food tastes great. Service is very quick. I am bad at remembering prices but I do think their prices have gone up over time. Still though, the food is worth the price to me. Though the only food I have ever had from them is the egg rolls, broccoli beef, and the sweet and sour chicken. We ordered from Best Asian as a group at work at least once a week. We ordered a large order yesterday and the order was repeated back correctly. They delivered the order as planned and we were to busy at work until almost midnight to even open the bags. When we started to give everyone the food we realized that the entire order was wrong and only 2 things were food that we actually ordered. Today when I got to work I called them because they were closed last night and they were extremely rude. They refused to fix the order insisting that they would bring the food that we didn't get but that we had to pay for it. I explained that we paid last night for food we didn't order. I had to speak with 3 different people and finally lost my temper and told them that we would pass on the word not to come back. One of the other girls at work attempted to call them to speak about the order because she paid $12 and didn't get any part of her order but they stopped answering the phone from my work number. She called from her cell phone and they answered and told her the same as me, that they couldn't help us. They made us feel like we were just being dishonest, like we just wanted free food. I even offered to give them back the chicken and mushrooms I didn't eat because I ordered the beef and mushrooms but they still insisted that I pay for the order today. Eat here knowing that your order might be wrong and they don't care. The food is good but the service is AWFUL!!!!! My work is one of the largest employers in Reno county and we are all spreading the word NOT to order...

I found out that we might loose this Amazing Restaurant because of the cost they endure for rent of their location and they can’t find another place here in Hutch that will accommodate them so far. They might have to move out of town to benefit their business and family!!! I don’t know what we can do as a community but we need to do something to keep good restaurants and businesses in our town. Especially since Covid has hit our town so hard and the businesses here and everywhere. People don’t like to work when they can I wish I could my health doesn’t allow it. We need to support small businesses in our town and show them we want them to stay!! So if you want Good food and have a question about the food or thing you can’t eat they make it so You can. You get enough for two meal in one meal most times. It worth You Money and time to try if you haven’t ordered to take to the park, home or work. So show Love and let try to help keep them here and if someone knows of a place they could rent at a cheaper price or buy let’s get them together with the owners!!! We need to keep there business here in Hutchinson if At All Possible Hutch!! Prayers and Thank You for All the Great Food...
