This place used to be one of my favorite fast food places but the management has just driven the place into the ground. There is absolutely 0 level of service. I quit eating there after a string of wrong orders and bad service- decided to give it the benefit of the doubt which resulted in the most disappointing experience yet. Go through the drive through because the weather sucks and I’m still recovering from another weather related injury- give them my order and say I want chili instead of fries. Get to the window and have my food handed to me- it’s fries. Call them back to correct the mistake- don’t get a spoon. They then wouldn’t come back to the window so I go in- ask for a spoon and let them know that my order was wrong in the first place and get snipped at by an employee. Get back to my office and they also gave me the wrong sandwich and drink. So at this point I can only assume I got someone else’s order?? But I was the only one in the drive through. Open the chili and it was 100% liquid with nothing else in it. Called the manager and told them I wasn’t driving back down there in this weather but they needed to get their drive through in check. I was hoping to see better customer service and attention to detail at this newly renovated location, but ive been met with the same problems as before. During my first visit back, I ordered inside. I was met with attitude and poor customer service with an inexperienced woman working the register, I didnt catch her name tag but she was a skinny older woman with glittery eyeshadow. Today we tried the drive thru, but we were not given our entrees or sauces. We only got fries and drinks, and had to park and go inside during the pouring rain to get our chicken sandwich and nuggets as the line was incredibly long. They didn’t make it correctly, called them about it to make it right by us and the nice lady at the window who was the manager answered and she told us to ask for a specific name and come by whenever to get it. Came back later the same day and asked for the replacement under the same name, a different crew by this time had us pull up to the window and proceeded to gaslight us by telling us no one ordered the item and they won’t give a replacement…we asked if anyone by that name actually worked there and they said YES then we asked how else we would know that name, they proceeded to sit there for a second on the phone with a different manager who wasn’t the one we were told to ask for and which was the one that said we never ordered it in the first place finally said we can get a replacement at any point but without the changes that was paid EXTRA for…so problem solved I guess, won’t be going back to a business with a “employee’s always...
