Everyone there today was extremely rude and dismissive. I went through the drive thru, and the girl kept cutting me off and would repeat my order, but everything she repeated was wrong so I had to correct her every time. Then as I was leaving I asked if I could have hot sauce. She lied and told me, "It should be in there." I hadn't asked for it yet, so I assumed it wasn't in there, and she just didn't want to do her job. There was a long line behind me, so I pulled up and checked my bags. No hot sauce. When I went inside to get some, the guy asked what I needed, didn't let me finish my request/story about not getting any, turned around, grabbed me 2, and then walked away. So now my husband and I have to share 2 small hot sauce packets for our whole meals. Super frustrating experience.
UPDATE: When I got home with the food, literally every single item was wrong. I ordered three bean and cheese burritos and we got CHEESE BURRITOS, no beans! What the hell? And then I ordered two tots, extra crispy. She asked, "Tots, extra cheese?" when I had ordered them. I said, "No, no cheese!" And she said okay. It was all disgusting. I did call the manager and they're supposed to refund the money (they offered to remake the food but I was so frustrated at that point.) We're about to go in there to get that refund.
SECOND UPDATE: We had to argue until we were blue in the face to get a refund, because we didn't have an itemized receipt, we just had the receipt THEY GAVE ME that only had a total. They said they can't do a refund without an itemized receipt. I told them over and over that this is the only receipt they gave me. I know that because I looked for an itemized one because they had charged me about $10 more than what I had expected. My husband asked if they could just look it up (after a couple minutes of arguing) and he pulled up our receipt within a minute. We did finally get a refund. We will...
Read moreMy favorite location for this franchise used to be on 1st street. They actually did well. Ever since, these locations have become quite poor. The last three times I've tried them, it's just been awful. The first time, my Pops and I were in the drive through forever and a day, waiting on a simple order. They were slow enough to irritate the people in front of us to the point where they just up and left (this was AFTER they had ordered) so we had to tell them that and had to wait further for our own order. There weren't more than 3 people in there, so we kind of tried to be understanding about it... but... The second time, I decided to go to the one on 17th, but waited 10 minutes in the same place, which was 2 spaces behind the person stuck at the ordering menu, and decided to bail and go somewhere else. Last night, I went in, hoping to avoid the line of the drive through entirely, and it took them at least 20 minutes just to GET to my order after ordering it when other people in the drive through who were after my order were getting theirs first... they cleared the drive through line that was created after my order before even getting to my order. Pops was also there, didn't order anything but noticed that out of the 5 people working there, 3 were standing around talking, and one was doing all the orders, as if he was doing them one at a time on his own, like the last time we were at this location. The management needs to get on this. I'm pretty much done with these locations. They used to be alright, but something has definately caused them to drop the ball... and it's not the pandemic. Go to taco bell or any other mexican style...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT WEEK OLD FOOD AND NO ASSISTANCE FROM MANAGERS OR OWNER! I used to work at Fiesta Ole on Skyline and know that they are supposed to make fresh food daily. This obviously isn't the case with the new owner. Brian would have never tolerated this quality of food or the nonchalant behavior of the managers or staff. We ordered over $30 worth of food and it wasnt worth $5 or the trip to the establishment. The chips were stale, the chicken was mush, the beans were crusty, and the sour cream was outdated. The extras we ordered like cheese and guacamole never came with the food. The combination burrito I ordered and the chicken enchilada dinner didn't come with enchilada sauce like they are supposed to. I called the manager and her mind was stuck on hamburger which did not taste good. She insisted she just made it fresh. Needless to say, that's as far as I got. I told her I would be in touch with the owner and she was fine with that. The reason being is you can't get ahold of the new owner. I have tried to contact her before to no avail. They used to have a sign on the door that had a number you could call if you weren't satisfied. This no longer exists and, for the life of me, I can't imagine why (sarcasm). I can see why they dont have a lunch or dinner rush here anymore. This was their last chance. I'm truly done with this place. I wouldn't...
