Decent place to get your Mexican food... Portion size is always good, and it is rare that my family doesn’t come home with one or two left over boxes. Staff is usually good and on top of things but like most places, there are occasions where they are either understaffed for the night or just never and in able to handle the traffic... if you encounter this, don’t let that be a hindrance on your first visit... the food is good. Like every other place you get chips / salsa at the table... they also give you refried beans... Pro tip: the salsa they give you is middle-of-the-road... so if you like it hot ask the server when they drop the chips... likewise, if you can’t handle heat, they do have a mild.

EDIT: You need to know what to order. The tacos are immaculate. So definitely get the taco platter. It's big enough for 2 people. If you order to go they also include free chips and salsa. OLD REVIEW: A little above average. They brought free chips and salsa while we waited for our food. We got fajitas and enchiladas. It was a lot of food for two people for a fair price (I think it was $38 after tax also including drinks). The taste is fine. There are a few flies around. Service was great. There are also a lot of parking spots. I do have to say that there were a bunch of Mexican customers, which makes me think that the food is authentic.

The food is so good here. Lots of cheese. Beware every dish contains garlic (my aunts has an allergy and the only thing on thd entire menu that's garlic free was a plain cheese quesadilla). Service was a bit slow, they took 20 mins before we got our drinks ( inc water)...they took all 11 orders before asking shat drinks were wanted. Drinks should be brought out first. Big groups are welcome here. There's a bathroom and some quarter machines for kids. There is a kids menu with activities on it and crayons. They serve chips, salsa and bean dip before your meal...very tasty.

Jaliscos has been one of my most frequented places to eat for the past 5 or more years! I eat there at least a few times a month and I never thought I’d have to leave a one star review. I go to both locations and for the past couple of months the customer service has been getting worse and worse. Tonight my husband placed a to go order for dinner for us. One macho burrito and one FULL order of taquitos. It comes in half order or full order. When he arrived the ticket was over $60, he then saw the person over the phone rang up 4 orders of taquitos. He explained to her that wasn’t what he had ordered. She mistook FULL order for 4 orders. There was a language barrier over the phone and in person. She refused to take off the other orders and wouldn’t give him the other food if he didn’t pay for it all. He asked to speak to someone else so he could explain (language barrier). She brought another person in and they started speaking in Spanish and eventually told him he had to pay $60 for food he didn’t want or he couldn’t get any of the food. If it were me I would have walked out, but he paid for it. It’s not like you can even reheat them and eat them later as they are covered in sour cream and guac. This is the last time we will ever go there. Who would order 4 orders of taquitos and one burrito? And then refuse to fix the mistake. If you don’t care about your customers it won’t be long until you don’t have any. Support other local businesses who actually care about their customers! Just take a look at the reviews, the owner only replies to the good ones! Never tries making it right to the customers they’ve messed up with. They...

I've been going to Jalisco's for about 20 years and they have been one of my favorites BUT I will not go back. The service used to be phenomenal but it has gone downhill. There are times we hardly have anyone check on us and I've had to wait almost 40 minutes just to get my drink refilled. I have loved the chocolate enchiladas and order them almost every single time. I cannot say how many times I've gone to order it and get told that they are either out of pudding or crepes. My boyfriend has called to order that and other items, he was told a time for when it would be ready, and when he got there he was told they didn't have the stuff to make the chocolate enchilada and that was the main reason why we ordered. Tonight we decided to give them another chance so I called to place an order but was on hold for almost 20 minutes. In that time I was able to go in and show them the ridiculous hold time and when I walked in I saw that they weren't even busy. The host was clueless about someone being on hold. I went to the bar to place my order and I got told that they didn't have crepes to make it. I didn't even give them the rest of my order. Management cannot figure out that they obviously need to have more pudding, crepes, etc. prepared. My boyfriend left a review after our last experience and it wasn't acknowledged at all by management/owners but positive reviews posted since his have been. Where there have been too problems every time we called or went in then I cannot recommend Jalisco's and won't...

Went on the HIGH recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law...We were two families with 4 adults and 7 kids (my grandkids)...Made reservations on a Wednesday night at 6:30...Not terribly busy...Seated right away, chips 10 minutes later, water 40 minutes after being seated and way after chips and spicy but excellent salsa...17 month old having melt down 30 minutes into waiting because she was hot, THIRSTY and hungry...all of us were hot and thirsty, but harder for small kids to understand why we had to wait so long for water...the busser rid us we had to wait for our server ?!?! Kids meals okay...Two person fajitas AMAZING, delicious and very hot! but all food served an hour and ten minutes after being seated... My son in law had to take the baby out because she was having a melt down so he didn't get to eat his meal for about 25 minutes after his wife was done eating and could trade places...I spoke with the manager and voiced my frustrations...She kindly and sincerely apologized and offered a gift card which was nice...I'm not one of those who complains to get a discount or gift card...I just wanted her to know how much they let us down in hopes they will strive to do better in the future, especially when they weren't that busy...#Iwillgivethemanothertry (next time I come to visit...
