Jaliscos has been one of my most frequented places to eat for the past 5 or more years! I eat there at least a few times a month and I never thought I’d have to leave a one star review. I go to both locations and for the past couple of months the customer service has been getting worse and worse. Tonight my husband placed a to go order for dinner for us. One macho burrito and one FULL order of taquitos. It comes in half order or full order. When he arrived the ticket was over $60, he then saw the person over the phone rang up 4 orders of taquitos. He explained to her that wasn’t what he had ordered. She mistook FULL order for 4 orders. There was a language barrier over the phone and in person. She refused to take off the other orders and wouldn’t give him the other food if he didn’t pay for it all. He asked to speak to someone else so he could explain (language barrier). She brought another person in and they started speaking in Spanish and eventually told him he had to pay $60 for food he didn’t want or he couldn’t get any of the food. If it were me I would have walked out, but he paid for it. It’s not like you can even reheat them and eat them later as they are covered in sour cream and guac. This is the last time we will ever go there. Who would order 4 orders of taquitos and one burrito? And then refuse to fix the mistake. If you don’t care about your customers it won’t be long until you don’t have any. Support other local businesses who actually care about their customers! Just take a look at the reviews, the owner only replies to the good ones! Never tries making it right to the customers they’ve messed up with. They...
Read moreI've been going to Jalisco's for about 20 years and they have been one of my favorites BUT I will not go back. The service used to be phenomenal but it has gone downhill. There are times we hardly have anyone check on us and I've had to wait almost 40 minutes just to get my drink refilled. I have loved the chocolate enchiladas and order them almost every single time. I cannot say how many times I've gone to order it and get told that they are either out of pudding or crepes. My boyfriend has called to order that and other items, he was told a time for when it would be ready, and when he got there he was told they didn't have the stuff to make the chocolate enchilada and that was the main reason why we ordered. Tonight we decided to give them another chance so I called to place an order but was on hold for almost 20 minutes. In that time I was able to go in and show them the ridiculous hold time and when I walked in I saw that they weren't even busy. The host was clueless about someone being on hold. I went to the bar to place my order and I got told that they didn't have crepes to make it. I didn't even give them the rest of my order. Management cannot figure out that they obviously need to have more pudding, crepes, etc. prepared. My boyfriend left a review after our last experience and it wasn't acknowledged at all by management/owners but positive reviews posted since his have been. Where there have been too problems every time we called or went in then I cannot recommend Jalisco's and won't...
