Moose Ridge Coffee Company in the Snake River Landing area is a great place to have a great cup of coffee. I tend to have simple tastes so a regular cup of black coffee is what I want. Their coffee is robust without being bitter. They do not allow their coffee to sit on the burner all day until gone. Instead if it isn't consumed in a certain length of time it is dumped and a fresh pot is made. This prevents the coffee from getting bitter and burnt. My wife likes the crafted coffees like lattes. Those are works of art and carefully made. She loves them. Their menu items are limited, but what they do have is great. Pastries are made fresh every morning and are really good: rich and flavorful without being overpoweringly sweet. Their teas and lemonades are exceptional. Besides the specially teas they have batch ice teas that change periodically. The teas are not your typical Lipton Ice Tea on ice, but are unique with a variety of flavors. Well worth a try on a hot summer day. Seating indoors is comfortable, airy and clean. There are tables and chairs on the outside patio for those who enjoy the warmth of the Idaho day. This is an upscale coffee house so prices are a bit high, but well worth the price. If you are looking for a fast cup of swill that barely qualifies for coffee at a cheap price, try McDonald's. If you want something that is more drinkable, try Starbucks or Dutch Bros. If you are looking for an exceptional coffee experience in Idaho Falls, definitely give Moose Ridge Coffee...
Read moreWe love Moose Ridge Coffee! And I mean LOVE IT.
I spend a few hours working from my laptop at Moose Ridge Coffee every week. The atmosphere is always so clean and inviting. Plus, everyone who works here is so sweet! It's such a great place to come and unwind.
My favorite menu item is the individual charcuterie board. It can easily be split between two people. I'm always finding myself unable to finish the whole thing but it's always so worth it. I enjoy trying the seasonal coffee flavors. The iced lemon white chocolate lattes were my favorite through the spring. I'm excited to try the Huckleberry lattes next! I've also had the green tea latte and mocha. Both are reliable options. We've tried several pastries here as well and really enjoyed the turnovers.
My least favorite thing on the menu was probably the avocado toast. The chili flakes & micro greens just didn't do it for me but that's a personal preference.
Amber is great! She has served me almost every time I've been to Moose Ridge Coffee & I'm not just saying she's great because we have the same name.
We'll be moving out of state soon and I'm really going to miss...
Read moreUpdated: Walked in and was a little intimated by the menu, it was all fancier than I'm used to but Zack did an awesome job helping me and the latte I got was honestly the best coffee I have ever had. The odd thing is the coffee wasn't even the best thing I had. The breakfast pastry was not only the best pastry I've had but the best breakfast item I've ever eaten! I will be back again and update my review if my experience the 2nd time is any different. Update: Second experience for the food and coffee stayed the same it was so so good. But the customer service was not near the same it seemed as though if both girls upfront had been dealing with bad customers all morning and weren't very friendly. Still 5 stars and now is officially my favorite place for breakfast...
