Some of the worst service I have received in a long time. Worked in a restaurant for many years so Typically do not say anything at all. 72 dollar bill one adult three children under ten. Ordered drinks and appetizers (both) were received before a cup of milk and sprite. Waitress didn’t bring them nor did she check on the taste. Told her I have three kids bring food out as it is ready. Two meals came out then 5 minutes later third child and then way later my brisket tacos. My food dropped of By my waitress rest by food runners. Again never checked to see if we needed anything or if food was ok I had to yell to her at another table. Had to seek out a manager to tell him how awful service was and offered a comp dessert. Told him don’t want 8 dollar dessert when I’m spending 100 dollars with tip on food. Service was so bad another server, Mattie, who was amazing came over to check on us and tell us she would take care of us if we needed anything. Never heard anything from the manager again. Picture enclosed is of all of the stuff in front of my baby that the ‘server’, who came to out table three times throughout our meal beside dropping of the check and getting her tip, left the entire meal appetizer to finish. Garbage for trying to spend a night with your sons and spending nearly 100 bucks. Mattie the server was th e only saving Grace. Edit: received response to go to Buffalo Wild Wings website to report issue. That was done the day after the original review was written, approximately a week ago. Not surprisingly, was never contacted or reached out to after that was completes. Seems to be a trend…

We came in on a Saturday at 5pm asking to be seated in a booth. We decided to sit at the bar while waiting for our seat, 45 minutes later we had to approach the hostess asking when we can be seated? I explained (Feeling like a dude Karen here) we were placed here and waited almost an hour just to be seated. I understand COVID-19 encourages pick-up orders and things get busy. But AFTER even being seated it took an additional 1 1/2 hours just to be served food. I wasn't just drinking water and simply watching the game. My tab with 18% tip was still over $150.00. Management or service needs to figure this situation out... I looked around in the restaurant and saw multiple frustrated and dissatisfied faces so I know it wasn't just me dealing with this. Oh frosting on the cake... we ordered 3 shots and waited 25 additional minutes. Went up to the bartender asking if they were available. The bartender says she wasnt even tracking. The ONLY reason we even go to buffalo wild wings (which is for food, drinks, and television) nothing was apparently working. We finally departed at 8:40 PM. I rarely post ANYTHING but this was ridiculous and this isn't our first time having this type of experience in the last 9 months with the Idaho Falls Buffalo Wild Wings. I'd blame COVID-19, but this facility has issues with handling medium-to-large orders. If you plan on dining in...don't waste your money or time as delivery orders seem to take priority.

Nothing. On top of that, they give you these little baby pieces thinking that you'll be totally okay with spending your money on skimpy boneless wings. When my kids nuggest are bigger than my wings that's a little ridiculous. We are officially done going here. It just continues to go down hill in service everytime we go. Not worth my money.

I was compelled to write this review after we ordered food to be delivered to our home. I am going to preface this by stating that I love the wings at BWW. When cooked to my liking (crispy), I would consider them to be the best wings I have had. That being said, the rest of this review will not reflect such joy. Last night I ordered wings, carrots, celery and rubs and sauces on the side, and a large onion rings (which I was super excited for). The only thing we received in our order was the wings, the rubs, and the sauce on the side. We didn’t get our celery and carrots or the highly anticipated onion rings. When I called to let them know, I was told that my two choices for a remedy were to come get the missing items myself or get a refund. Ok, here’s the problem, I didn’t mess this order up, Buffalo Wild Wings did. How is it they expect the cash paying customer, who not only paid for the food, a delivery fee, but also tipped the driver, to come get the food they failed to bring?

Typically when you pay for something there is a certain level of satisfaction that you expect to feel. The wings were ok, but that feeling of satisfaction was heavily outweighed by the severe sense of disappointment. Because of this my overall experience was way below expectations. In other words, it sucked.

Just so you know, I took the refund option because if I wanted to place an order for pickup, that’s exactly what I would have done. Expecting me to come get something that you forgot is just really bad company procedure.

This has got to be one of the worst policies of any chain restaurant I have seen.Obiviously, creating a atmosphere where you feel appreciated as a person that helps the company generate revenue, they make you feel like you are unappreciated and that your business means very little to them. It must be really nice to make so much money that you can just throw customers aside without a care in the world. Here’s what I do know though, that if enough people complain, something might get done that may have a more positive lasting affect on the image of the company.

In December 2023, my husband and I ordered takeout but upon arriving home, we realized that we did not receive the correct amount of food that we had ordered. Despite the error, we took immediate action by contacting the restaurant to address the issue. We spoke with a male manager who assured us that we would be refunded for the missing items. As weeks passed, we patiently waited for the refund to reflect in our bank account. However, we saw no trace of the refund even though the amount was relatively small, totaling $43 and some change. The discrepancy in the order was not acceptable to us, as we believe that if we pay for a service, we deserve to receive it in full. After reaching out to the restaurant again, we were told that someone would follow up with us. Unfortunately, no one did. It was only today that I was able to speak to a manager over the phone, and the experience turned out to be unpleasant. The manager, Joy, displayed unprofessionalism in her communication and could benefit from receiving training on how to effectively engage with customers. My husband found Joy's tone and attitude towards me to be disrespectful, as she seemed to assume that I had not fulfilled my responsibilities. Despite being promised a refund in December, and despite the passage of five months, the main issue remains unresolved. It was disheartening to be scolded by Joy and directed to take action, when it was the restaurant's oversight that led to the missing refund. In the future, I strongly recommend that the Buffalo Wild Wings Company provide additional training for employees like Joy, emphasizing the importance of courteous and professional customer service. Joy's failure to acknowledge her mistake and offer an apology speaks volumes about her character and does not align with the expected standards of customer interactions. Joy did say that she is refunding us for December 2023 so hopefully she does that I wish I would’ve written down the man’s name in December but I didn’t and that’s my fault and will do that moving forward. Oooh, where to begin..... so my family and I have had smaller issues in the past with buffalo wild wing in idaho falls in the past with snooty attitude, cold food, and FOREVER wait time to get the food. But that's in the past, and my family thought about giving it another try tonight since we USE to LOVE the experience of being a customer and this place. But, anyhow. We showed up to the parking lot of buffalo wild wings and decided to call the front desk to ask how long the wait time was, and the response was "there is no wait at all! Come on in" so we were excited to hear that and we got out the car and proceeded to the door looking for a good meal. However, once we entered we were told there is a 10 minute wait. But hey, what's 10minutes? We said ok, that's fine, even though that's not what was just told to us lol. ( and there was at least 7 booths open, cleaned and available) so keep that in mind. Anyhow, she then took my name phone number and asked us to wait in our car till they call me. So confusing! But again, ok. So as soon as we did that a text came through saying our table is available in 5min. So. great!..... Right? Wrong! We re-entered the doors as requested only to hear that our waitress hasent arrived yet and it would be another 35min wait. So now the frustration is coming and stomachaches are growling. We showed them the text they JUST sent us, saying our table was AVAILABLE and all we got was can "you please go back to your car and wait to be called AGAIN. That's nuts! So we kindly said no thank you and we will take our business else where, and remind you it was the manager who was talking to us, and all she said was "ok" poor choice of character on her part, and made us feel turned away and not important.
