Pick Me Up Drinks — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Only reason I giving 3 starts is because we've frequented here and overall have had good experiences. This Sunday (6/23) we went inside to order as there were several cars in the drive-thru. One of the two works went outside to take orders after we came in. My issue is, that meant two people were running the drive-thru and no one was taking care of customers who came inside. We patiently waited, even to be acknowledged, which we finally were after about 5 mins. However, our order was still not taken. Cars continued to pull into the drive-thru getting their orders taken while we still stood there. We ended up just leaving. Either get more staff or train them on equally taking care of...

Me and my sisters were in town and our last stop before we headed home was to stop and get a soda. We ordered 3 - 32oz drinks and 1 - 24 ounce drink. They handed me 2 of the 32oz and 1 24oz … when I put my hand back out the window to get what I thought was another 32 ounce, they handed me a 24oz. I said “oh we had another 32 ounce” the gal looked at me kind of questioning, but took the drink back into the soda shop dumped it into a 32 ounce cup and added a little bit extra ice and handed it to me and then shut the window. A little more Diet Coke would have been nice since it was a bigger drink. Was very disappointed.

Stopped by to grab a 44 ounce diet Dr Pepper after a high school graduation I was in line at 9:01. The person in front of me was in line. I waited they made them drinks. I pulled up. They would not wait on me because it was closed at 9 o’clock I said you really just cant make me a drink real fast and they said no and shut the window. Super disappointing when you have a business like that you can’t go the extra mile. It’s OK if it’s 902 and someone’s in line waiting for a drink. It’s called...
