Tap-N-Fill — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Title: Last Straw I have been a loyal customer at this brew pub for years, visiting with groups of friends to unwind after work or relax on a weekend and spending hundreds of dollars on drinks each month. We've always been generous with our tips and have supported this business through thick and thin. The bartender with black hair and huge fake eyelashes doesn't even know our names, is always rude to us and only favors her regulars. She never has a kind attitude to serve us. There was even a time that my glass had been empty and while waiting for her we noticed that she was standing at the other table giggling while another customer was fondling her buttocks.

However, last night's experience was the final straw, after having a stressful day, I drove across town to this brew pub, arriving 30 minutes before closing time. To my shock and disappointment, the bartender had already cleaned up and refused to serve us. When I looked around, I saw the employee were just sitting around. Both bartenders were just scrolling on their phones with dirty hands. It's no secret that they take their phones to the toilet with them and then serve beer. This behavior is unprofessional and a serious health hazard.

I've had enough of this treatment and will no longer be supporting this establishment. My friends and I will be finding a new place to spend our money, and I would advise others to...

Tap’N’Fill is my favorite little watering hole in Idaho Falls. While it’s interior is on the cozy-side it is a fun and relaxed hang-out full of friendly staff and interesting people (as well as the occasional pooch or porcupine—I am not kidding, an actual porcupine).

The folks tending the bar are knowledgeable in the ways of the force--I mean beer, and are always read to give great suggestions about the 40 some odd beers, ciders, and kombuchas that they have on tap. Additionally, quite often the staff will get to know you by name and make you feel a part of the neighborhood.

It is also a nice place to just hang out in the afternoon, have a pint, use the wifi, and study or work. Finally you can bring food in the from the weekly taco truck that comes on Tuesdays or from one of the nearby restaurants. Make sure to come early in the weekend because it...

Went to Tap-N-Fill on a recent trip to Idaho Falls. Probably the most "modern" beer bar in the area. A lot of good beers on tap and in the coolers, though there were some very old bottles and cans that would be way past prime at this point. Buyer beware at least a little bit, just because something is a slightly higher ABV does not mean that it should languish forever, especially if it is hoppy or a lighter Belgian style.

The wife enjoyed a couple draft ciders and I had a Stone 25th Anniversary and was surprised to see St. Bernardus 12 on tap. Thankfully our hotel was right down the street so we could walk back.

Interesting area.. New and polished, sorta seems like a generic subdivision spawned a neighborhood eating/drinking spot. Cool that it is right along the river.
