When I have a REALLY horrible experience at a business I try to wait for a few hours before I post about it. That gives me some time to try and understand their side of why the service and food were so bad. It didn't help. This McDonalds is just always bad. This was my third trip in three weeks hoping it would be better. I've been stopping on Mondays at 8pm because I have a class up the road. Not only did the service ABSOLUTELY SUCK, but the food did too. I go to McDonald's for consistency in the food and the service, and get them both here. Bad food, worse service. The employees must get a kick out of horrible and snarky service because they are so good at it. I always order the same thing: 2 hamburgers and a fry. At most all McDonald's it takes about 3 to 4 minutes. Today I walked inside because the drive through line was so long. The lobby had 6 customers standing around order kiosks in the lobby and you could see they had no idea what to do. Finally after a bit a young guy comes huffing from the back and opens a register. He seemed really upset that I was there. I made my order and paid, all the while he never said one word to me during this exchange. He just handed me my change and disappeared again. His shirt was filthy and he had no name tag, and I promise I was looking for one. This was at 8:06 pm. I watched him treat 4 customers like he had a personal dislike for all of them. He was a smart mouth and very loud with the other employees who all looked like it was there first day. It took them 14 minutes to get me my 2 plain hamburgers and a fry. Never once did I get a "it's coming out in a minute" or a "sorry it took so long". While waiting I watched one man bring back a burger because it was still frozen in the middle and I heard the cook get yelled at twice for losing orders from a very rude lady who acted like she might be the boss. Durning all this I watched the guy with the really bad attitude and no name tag checkout 2 people while handling money, then go back to the grill to holler at the cook, grilled fresh burgers which I saw him take out of a storage area by hand and handle the customer's half frozen hamburger..... all without gloves or ever washing his hands. When I finally did get my order it was horrible. My fries were cold with no salt (I watched the unfriendly boss get sidetracked because she had to run a lost order out to a car and she never did salt the fries she was making). The buns were old and dry. And I was so mad by this time that it didn't matter anyway. This McDonalds really sucks! Don't waste your time here. There are a lot of places to eat within a mile of here. And NONE could be as bad as this place! My lesson was learned. 3 strikes...
Read moreThis was the most ridiculous fast food experience I’ve ever had. I went through the drive-through and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One was to be with no sauce, the other was sub bacon. When I got the sandwiches, the one that I ordered with no sauce had sauce, and the one I ordered with bacon had no egg. I turned around and went back, went in, and explain to the lady at the front what had happened. The biggest issue with the language barrier, she could not understand what I was trying to convey about my order being wrong, she took both of the sandwiches, went into the back and came back with one new sandwich. I tried to explain again and ask why it was only getting one sandwich back, and she walked away and left me standing there for five minutes. I proceeded to ask the other people passing by what was going on, and if they were getting me my other sandwich, And everyone just shrugged at me like I was crazy. I finally demanded a manager and the manager apologized and so that he was sorry, and that she just probably didn’t understand me. This whole thing is comical to me, because language barrier aside, people understand emotion, it’s universal, and she also wasn’t blind, nor were the rest of the people standing by and watching this bs. —— Terrible service, terrible store management, and terrible regional management for being ok with this type of store operation and horrible google reviews. Do something about your staff and do something about your store. Don’t just be complacent because it’s McDonald’s and you know you’ll make money regardless, you should strive for excellence regardless of the type of service you provide, because if people spend their hard earned money to eat out, they should get what they want, how they...
Read moreI’ve been to many McDonald’s but this location always has a line that’s 45 plus min wait, on top of that, our food was wrong. After making our order I was pulled to the window paid with a 100$ bill never got a receipt, however was given my change. Then I was asked to pull forward because the pies had to cook. Now mind you after waiting a while to make the order I waited 30 min in the standby lane I guess you call it. I had kids in the truck, so my roommate got impatient so he went inside to see what’s up. While standing waiting to talk to someone, a few of the employees were Accusing Someone for stealing $40, mind you my order was $38 and some odd cents. My roommate informed me that they then started saying the guy with the big truck ripped us off and basically accusing me of stealing and that’s why I assume my food was never brought to me for over 30 minutes. After hearing this my roommate spoke up and said I’m one of the people in that big truck that you’re accusing and he paid with $100 bill and got his change back. My roommate was given the food inside the building and he walked out with it mind you most of which was wrong. After getting in the truck two employees attempted to approach my vehicle stopped at the back talk to each other never made eye contact with me and turned around and went back inside. Long story short this location needs a major work around management wise and time management wise because in the 30 minutes that I was sitting in that to go lane only four cars went around me.So I will not recommend this place to anyone for any given amount of time McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food may not be the best healthiest choice but still I feel like I was treated unprofessionally...
