Despite the high reviews, we had the WORST experience. To the owners, please speak with your male employee with the pony tail and train him on how to treat ALL customers with respect. We ordered coffee and pastries to have prior to our hike, and he did not let us sit inside stating "these tables are reserved for larger parties". Given, no one was in line and there were only 3 people in the restaurant. He didn't say anything to the other customers. So we, my elderly mother and sister, went to have our coffee out in the patio. Guess what, we couldn't sit there either. Not sure if he was discriminating against us because we spoke another language, or what it was. A couple even asked him why he wouldn't let us sit and have our coffees. The discrimination was apparent. That employee should be washing dishes in the back...build some of that character up. It was Tuesday, Nov. 21st around 1030/11 am. Thank you for the response Alpaca...

THIS PLACE AL-PACKs A PUNCH! Alpaca is simply delightful, they are known in the community for their speciality coffee, tea and boba drinks! I had the pleasure of enjoying their Spanish Latte which came highly recommended. I loved it, I ordered it with oat milk and it had the perfect sweetness! Definitely would order it again!

I wish Alpaca had more drink sizes, all of them are pretty tiny. So you're paying 6.50+ for a small drink. Thankfully, everything tasted good but I was really looking for something a bit bigger. The shop itself is cute and has a fun, sunny atmosphere. There's very limited space and hardly any tables inside. If you're looking to hang out, they have an outdoor patio with some shade.

Service was pretty good, this is a Korean-owned business which makes me so happy as I love to see more diverse businesses...

I can make this review very long by describing detail by detail what happened but I honestly don't want to rant. I was really looking forward to this place as it seemed they had a lot of tasty options and I needed a pick me up. I will just say that the young lady working behind the counter and the gentleman back there with her, gave off the worst vibe. They were not only unfriendly but rude. They made me feel like I was an annoyance and inconvenience by asking questions and being there. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Not only that, but the almost $7 lavender milk tea I purchased was disappointing. It tasted watered down. Definitely not worth the cost and for the size. After leaving that place, I felt so crappy I had to work hard on trying to enjoy the rest of my trip. Never giving this place my...

I stopped here while on a bike tour to treat myself to a nice breakfast and coffee. *edit* -breakfast’s- *edit* -coffee’s- I was really impressed and that’s coming from a specialty coffee shop barista! This cafe definitely beat all the coffee I had in Palm Springs which was truly shocking. The barista was nice and sociable while they made my drink and I enjoyed the family atmosphere of the shared space while I charged up my electronics. Dear barista who is “still working on their latte art”.. Give yourself a break! All of the cafes I went to didn’t do latte art which was a huge let down because I’m not a huge fan of (dry) steamed milk. Your latte art was amazing! Great little place. Keep it up!

Twice I've come for solid drip coffee and have been satisfied. Stumptown beans are nice, they carry a medium roast at one size fits all for your ounces. The owners are very kind and obviously caring and hard working. I was pleased to know they make their baked goods from scratch, though skeptical at the price point at first --$6 for a cinnamon roll or bun. I must say, I'll swallow my frugality for them, the Blood Orange Lemon glazed roll I bought today was DELICIOUS and GORGEOUS, pairing perfectly with my black coffee. Pay for local, pay for homemade, pay for the care you receive. Thanks y'all, I got my coffee and pastry needs met and exceeded.
