Despite the high reviews, we had the WORST experience. To the owners, please speak with your male employee with the pony tail and train him on how to treat ALL customers with respect. We ordered coffee and pastries to have prior to our hike, and he did not let us sit inside stating "these tables are reserved for larger parties". Given, no one was in line and there were only 3 people in the restaurant. He didn't say anything to the other customers. So we, my elderly mother and sister, went to have our coffee out in the patio. Guess what, we couldn't sit there either. Not sure if he was discriminating against us because we spoke another language, or what it was. A couple even asked him why he wouldn't let us sit and have our coffees. The discrimination was apparent. That employee should be washing dishes in the back...build some of that character up. It was Tuesday, Nov. 21st around 1030/11 am. Thank you for the response Alpaca...
Read moreTHIS PLACE AL-PACKs A PUNCH! Alpaca is simply delightful, they are known in the community for their speciality coffee, tea and boba drinks! I had the pleasure of enjoying their Spanish Latte which came highly recommended. I loved it, I ordered it with oat milk and it had the perfect sweetness! Definitely would order it again!
I wish Alpaca had more drink sizes, all of them are pretty tiny. So you're paying 6.50+ for a small drink. Thankfully, everything tasted good but I was really looking for something a bit bigger. The shop itself is cute and has a fun, sunny atmosphere. There's very limited space and hardly any tables inside. If you're looking to hang out, they have an outdoor patio with some shade.
Service was pretty good, this is a Korean-owned business which makes me so happy as I love to see more diverse businesses...

I was really looking forward to this place as it seemed they had a lot of tasty options and I needed a pick me up. I will just say that the young lady working behind the counter and the gentleman back there with her, gave off the worst vibe. They were not only unfriendly but rude. They made me feel like I was an annoyance and inconvenience by asking questions and being there. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Not only that, but the almost $7 lavender milk tea I purchased was disappointing. It tasted watered down. Definitely not worth the cost and for the size. After leaving that place, I felt so crappy I had to work hard on trying to enjoy the rest of my trip. Never giving this place my...
