I am a dasher who was there to pick up an order for delivery. Apparently, there was a 30 burrito order ahead of ALL orders to go. Only 2 people dedicated for to go orders so of course they are behind. I inquired about the order I was picking up and told that it would be a few minutes due to the large order. 20 minutes later and after watching one of the 2 people filling to go orders carry said large order out to the car of the person whom was inside picking up, I inquired again as to the status. During this 20 minute wait, myself, another dasher and an online ordering customer were having a conversation as to why they do not have more help at this location as well as why one person didn't make the large order while the other continued to make all other to go orders. So once I had inquired a 2nd time about the order I was picking up, the approximately 5'9", dark, curly haired man making to go orders stopped making orders and verbally attacked me, stating that he could hear us and that they were doing the best they could as well as some other comments. As a dasher, when you aren't moving, you aren't making money. It is normal to inquire about the status of the order prior to dropping it as you have already invested your time and will not be paid when dropping. They need to figure out their system as it is not working at...
Read moreUnfortunately, we went again tonight. I’m sad at what’s happened to the quesadilla. I’ve attached pictures of the second half, which was identical to the first. Why use a 10 or 12 inch (or whatever size) tortilla if you’re not filling it? 0/10 worth $12. Absolutely not. I see why they REQUIRE you to order online. They can’t possibly look you in the eye and charge you that much for this size and quality.
When we arrived there was a rush so we waited in line behind 12 customers. When we got to the line to order a quesadilla, we were told we could only order them online. That’s problem number one. Fix that or hang a sign in the front door. There’s no reason to have a customer wait in line only to be told to sit down and order on an app. Nevertheless, we did. Our entire process took over minutes, from walking in to getting our food. During this time, the line we waited behind had left. They were not dine in. Yet, the decrease in customers and increased availability to complete other tasks, did not translate into a clean and comfortable experience. The (female) person making the quesadillas in the drive through was fast and friendly but the rest of the staff were not curtious, friendly, or welcoming. The quesadilla was a 10/10. The chicken … everything. It was made perfectly. It was folded perfectly. It wasn’t spilling...
Read moreThe workers were rude and the place was filthy. When I asked for double protein the girl rolled her eyes at me and didn't give me double protein. When she grabbed our barbacoa out of the container it was very wet and she dripped it through all of the other meats. I asked for extra peppers and onions and she barely gave me any at all. The peppers and onions weren't cooked. They were still so raw that they were crunchy and cold. Our barbacoa was cold. There was sour cream all over the make table and trash cans were full. When I got to the end of the line and requested cheese I noticed bits of other food dropped into the cheese. The employee that was checking us out at the cash register kept digging in her nose and wiping her face. I could go on and on. When we got home with our chips they had been fried in bad grease. They had a bitter taste and some had visible black specks on them. We grabbed different chips that we thankfully had in our pantry thinking we could finish the guacamole. Our guacamole container was almost completely taken up by an entire half of an avocado skin. I don't know where management is but it's evident that they aren't in this...
