If I could rate this store a negative I would. I'm a pretty fair reviewer, but I will never patron this facility again. I ordered a burrito Supreme, 5 beefy crunch burritos, 3 spicy potato tacos, and a freeze. It took at least 20 mins to order because the guy behind the counter kept messing the order up (putting things on i didnt want). That's OK, people mess up. I pay and realize he charged me for 5 freezes. I go up to the counter, a lady is dealing with a separate messed up order...but gives me back the money for the ones I did not purchase..Ok, it's fine. I get the food and check it to make sure it's right. The Burrito Supreme is wrong...the burrito this guy made me is just refried beans and onions...this is an expensive burrito my son wanted, so I take it back and ask them to remake it for what I actually purchased..this is where it really goes downhill. The same guy makes the food, and he hands me what's is supposed to be a burrito supreme, but it's a taco supreme. Mind you, a taco Supreme 2.69 and a burrito supreme is 5.49. I am at the counter and I'm nice about it. He says "what did I mess up this time" . I say this is a taco supreme and I ordered a burrito supreme..This guy tells me with that a taco supreme is the same a burrito supreme, all I need to do was twist it, very rudely. Obviously a taco and a burrito are different. If I'm paying almost 6$ I do not want the $2 item because you are too incompetent to fix it. He walks off and a much nicer guy helps me get the proper burrito. Other patrons noticed the behavior and said that this is a regular occurrence at this taco bell. This behavior will ruin this taco bell. Save yourself the headache and go to the other one in town or...
Read moreHey Taco Bell thank you for being so great! After a long night with my boyfriend who’s a diabetic we went to your restaurant location in Marion, Illinois! Amazing I know! So my boyfriend Jesse Thomas takes his insulin which isn’t cheap by the way for the meal he’s rightfully expecting to consume only to find out shortly after taking his medication that you’re staff gave us completely cold and stale food. Potato grilled were ice cold, nacho bell grande was ice cold but the sour cream was warm, and the cheese looked liked it had been sitting out for a long time.
Almost everything worth our hard earned money and what’s worth to Jesse to eat which again he has to take INSULIN FOR EVERY CARB HE CONSUMES OR PLANS TO is closed. So now we’re on our way back to Imperial, Missouri from Marion, Illinois from our hotel we’d gotten to celebrate my new job so we can find something decent to eat.
What kind of laziness and down right disrespect do your employees have to have to think it’s even remotely okay to serve that? Disgusting and basically robbed. So thank you for ruining what was a great evening and early morning with serving cold food. Wasted time, money, gas, and precious insulin all because your employees either can’t read, don’t care, or this is some kind of new fad or business practice. Regardless it’s presented a serious problem that’s so petty sure but that kind of stuff matters to some people. Like people who have to pick and choose what they eat, drink, etc. to stay alive....
Read moreTerrible service! Sat in line for at least 25 minutes before getting to the window with the understand that there were only two of them working that night because it was late. Our order was correct on the screen when we ordered. Got to the window and the guy asked us a question about our food non of which we ordered and we tried to tell him we didn’t get that and they got an attitude with us and said they were just trying to make sure it was right which was fine. We got our food and pulled a little up and I checked the bag to make sure everything was okay since there seemed to be some confusion. Our food was all wrong and we didn’t even have everything that we ordered so my fiancé got out of the car to bring the food inside to get it fixed and all the doors were locked because it was drive in only so he waited to be able to walk up to the window and talk to the guy and was told that if he wanted it fixed we are going to have to go back to the end of the line and come back through after we had already been waiting for 25 minutes. Needless to say we left without any of our food being correct because we were not going to spend the next 25 minutes waiting again to get our food fixed. Highly disappointed with the customer service we received tonight. Will definitely not...
