We called and reserved for a party of 20 in plenty of advance and the service was awful! It took us over an hour to get our appetizers. When we finally received our appetizers our meal came out with them. Oh but then about 15 mins later they brought us our salads. When I had to get up and go ask for a refill on drinks after sitting empty for almost 30 mins the waitresses we're standing in a corner talking about the customers at their tables. They could have used that time to serve their tables like they are paid to do instead of gossiping. Appetizers were cold, salad was soggy and warm, and burgers were cold and dry, fries were way over cooked. Only complaints we didn't get about food were from those that ordered pizza. Terrible service, ordered a pizza and asked for very light sauce and the pizza came out with extra sauce. Waitress was rude and condescending when we said something and grabbed the pizza taking it to the kitchen yelling..then told us it would take 30 minutes or more to remake it.

Update as of 9/18/18 after posting this review we attempted to call and speak with ownership about the experience a few days later only to discover that they had blocked our number from calling..got a voice messaging system that said our call was being screened and not accepting calls from our number. I picked up a to go order for a horseshoe, when I got back to work, I see that the order was wrong. I called and told them them I would run it back and get the correct order the way I wanted it. The entitled waitress argued with me and told me the owner would call me. It has been over 2 weeks with me calling multiple times and they keep blowing me off by telling me that the manager will call me back. I guess I lost my $15 that I paid for that horseshoe.
