After experiencing terrible customer service due to misleading promotions at this location a few months ago I stopped patronizing this establishment. But after receiving a 50% off offer I downloaded the app and decided to give them one more try since my daughter was coming down to watch the game with me. I placed the order online but when I arrived and attempted to alert them via the app I repeatedly received an error. I attempted to go inside to let them know that I was here but understandably the door was locked. I tapped on the glass in an attempt to get someones attention. A young lady inside looked at me but made no attempt to acknowledge my presence. After tapping on the glass 3 or 4 times another customer arrived and the employee that ignored me brought her order out. I attempted to ask for my order but she again ignored me and went back inside. After calling the store she came out again and berated me for tapping on the glass. I told her that I simply wanted my pizza and that the app didn't work when I attempted to check in. She pointed to a sheet of paper taped to the glass (among many other items attached to the glass) and told me that I should read the instructions. I told her that if she required me to read the notices on the glass then she could have pointed to the correct one from inside. She was rude, discourteous and condescending. Read moreI live in the state of Arizona my son is in California with it being his birthday I wanted to order Pizza for everyone in his dorm room so I look up the number I called them the first lady I talked to wound up hanging up on me while I was looking for a coupon code because she didn't know where her coupon codes were so I call back this gentleman has an attitude the entire time then when you call the store the automated system offers you a two liter of soda with your choice of either 2 lava cakes or one of the breads that they have or you can choose Cinna Stix for 5.99 I tell them I want that with Cinna Stix he then proceeded to argue with me that that is not what the recording says that it is only good with the lava cakes we don't like chocolate as weird as it is I know okay so after he's yelled at me that I'm incorrect on the coupon I told him fine don't use a coupon I'll pay the full $6.99 to order the cinnasticks and as soon as I told him I needed to give him the phone number so that somebody can meet him for delivery he then said wait are you paying cash or card I told him my card of course because I'm not at the school in California he then tells me oh we can't deliver because you need to sign the receipt absolutely ridiculous their customer service would be better handled by 2 year old I told him that's ridiculous just forget it I will call Pizza Hut I got 3 extra pizzas from Pizza Hut and it still cost me $15 less then what dominos was going...

We were met by an employee and he checked on our order. He came back about 3 minutes later and told us he was sorry but the order was not completed but it would be done in 5 minutes.
