IB Espresso — Restaurant in Imperial Beach

Terrible service. Food was okay, pretty greasy. Worker had sooo much attitude we brought a service dog and he was so mean didn’t even know what ADA laws were. You should not be working if you do not know ADA laws it’s crazy. Who ever the owner is has to have a serious talk with Jared because that is simply inexcusable and frankly illegal to not be following them. Absolutely disgusting behavior and the harassment was crazy. He came back multiple times and was taking pictures of us. We were sitting next to guests who were his friends and were heavily harassing us as well. Do not recommend if you have special accommodation needed as they will not meet them!!!! Monday (9/29 at 8am) morning coffee run turned into a stunning showcase of ridiculous service. I got charged $5 for a Cortado even though their specialty coffees are $550 (I’ve never been charged $5 at this establishment for this drink). When I asked the barista about this, she replied “do you want me to charge you more?” I smiled and said no I’m just surprised. She then asked whether I wanted milk in my Cortado. It's a hit of miss with consistency in service or the quality. I often come over and happy to pay for a strong and sweet coffee. But depending on who's the barista. I always ask how many shots in my drink 20oz as I am wanting more espresso and less milk. For the past 3 weeks it's been this constant that maybe writing this tells me what I need to know maybe it's just not worth it. Today I asked for the 20oz viennese latte warm regular milk at the end of my drink the employee says no none of our drinks have more than 2 shots only the Americano.
