Right next to a hotel there is exercise equipment, a public restroom, and basketball hoops. This is a cool park if you want some activity. Very close to coffee shop and food. Follow our podcast “Hop to it, Our Digital Nomad Journey” by the alchemist and the shaman. We hop from city to city on their journey to find home. Leaving reviews along the way.

This park has an awesome view of the beach, bathrooms, sand showers, picnic tables, a basketball court, and is very clean. My family stayed in a condo overlooking this park, and it was cool seeing employees cleaning this park every morning. My kids had fun playing here. The sunset views are fantastic too.

Basketball courts and exercise equipment and play structures, oh my! They have a whole section with a guided exercise routine and permanent equipment. It's so cool! There's at least 2 different brand new play structures (and they're fun for grown-ups, too) with ropes and climbing walls, there are little wiggle-dolphin things for little kids, monkey bars, lots of proper active stuff. The beach is right there with a little walkway that goes out on the sand a little ways. I hate walking on sand 😂. No shade, though. That's a problem for me, and can get a little rough even for sun-worshippers on very hot days. There are public restrooms (they close at sunset) and cold-water "showers" (actually just little spigots) to wash the sand and salt water off. All told a...

Dunes established 1979 and offers wide variety of things to do. Sunrise to sunset. Half court basketball, fitness/workout set up, picnic areas, seating, grassy areas to play and enjoy, beach access, public bathrooms, nearby restaurants, outdoor shower, limited parking. Garbage and recycle bins available - pack in, pack out. Leave No trash in the Park or Beach. Dogs ON Leash only. Homeless everywhere. Be aware the ocean is heavily contaminated best not to go in the water. Go with your children to the bathrooms and go with others -...

Very nice place and very peaceful if you go real early in the morning 🌅🌄. San Diego has a natural Air Conditioning unit called the Marine Layer along the coastal area. At this time of year, cloudy in morning, sunny 😎☀️ in the afternoon, and clouds roll back in for nights. Spectacular sunsets are very common in San Diego area. Micro-Climates are present. There are 4 main climates present, Coastal, then Inland, then the Mountains, and last...
