Basketball courts and exercise equipment and play structures, oh my! They have a whole section with a guided exercise routine and permanent equipment. It's so cool! There's at least 2 different brand new play structures (and they're fun for grown-ups, too) with ropes and climbing walls, there are little wiggle-dolphin things for little kids, monkey bars, lots of proper active stuff. The beach is right there with a little walkway that goes out on the sand a little ways. I hate walking on sand 😂. No shade, though. That's a problem for me, and can get a little rough even for sun-worshippers on very hot days.
