I love this app. Just get on the app look at the pictures and find what you want to eat. click to add it to your basket. You're already set up to pay for it so you don't have to enter more credit cards or anything like that. just click on it pay now. you're paying for it with this app which you've already put in payment info. if you want to add a tip or tip at the car. and Wallah you're done all set.
Make sure you pick the location that you are wanting to go to ..I did the wrong one one time and had to rush to the other location. The phone numbers are right there so you can call and let them know or change your orders I've done that before also. BUT what's nice is when you get there it's already and they just come out and give it to you. I did notice one thing... don't take too long to get there if you have a set time or it might be cold. So what I've been doing is waiting until I'm almost there or already there to order. But it's so nice to not have to reach out and push the button and talk to the microphone there and yada yada yada this app is awesome.
I my husband isn't one to generally use the iPhone to do business like that. But this was really easy for him to look at and read the things he wanted to get. Looking at the board when you get to Sonic is just so confusing and hard to read.

Couple weeks ago they didn’t give us most of our $85 order (in hindsight we should have checked but didn’t)…my husband went back to the store and when he got back home we were STILL missing items. Then yesterday I ordered on the app…got to the store at the time it said estimated..checked in..waited 10 minutes or so..carhop comes out and tells me my order total. I tell her I already paid on the app. She says “oh” and turns around and walks away. I wait another 8 minutes or so and she never returns. I push the red button and it tells me it has been activated. I wait and wait and wait. Look up and the screen now says what it says when you first get there. Press the red button AGAIN and NOTHING! All in all I was there 25 minutes and ended up just leaving without my food or refund because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the intercom!

Read moreThis is a review for their hiring team...my daughter was told to come in for orientation after her interview at this location last week, she applied for this location only, they even have openings still listed online, but when we go to her "orientation" she is told nobody is there for her to stay and do the orientation, that they will call her the following day to set up another time; just to have my daughter call them to see when she is supposed to be there, and when she talks to someone they tell her they have no openings for her at that location but said they can use her in blue springs...with gas as high as it is right now, your managing and hiring team sucks and needs to get it together. This was going to be my daughter's 1st job and she was excited, just to be told to go somewhere else.
